Today was my first ever massage therapy experience with Shanay. I am a 27yr old man that has pain and extreme tightness all over my body. Shanay was able to really help me, she listened to what I needed help with and explained really well what she would be doing before and during the massage. When I asked for different amounts of pressure she was very receptive and was able to maintain a consistent pressure that I was comfortable with. During the massage I was instantly able to feel a solid amount of relief. After the massage I could feel that my posture was significantly better and my ability to walk was vastly improved. I have already booked my next appointment!

Shanay is excellent, she has very strong hands and used just the right amount of pressure for me. I also loved the decor of the massage room. Very nicely done. Shanay Is an amazing therapist and an intriguing conversationalist. She adjusts her approach to meet the needs of the individual. I know because my wife requires a very light touch and I am OK with a heavy and deep touch and she meets both of our preferences. She always asks what I need that week and for feedback afterwards. Her techniques very depending on my requirements. I have seen her about 10 times and rarely miss my weekly appointment. I had an accident last January that prevents me from sleeping very well and also left me with chronic headaches. Her treatments have greatly helped me out. My only regret is not discivering her sooner. I hesitate to highly recommend her because I selfishly don’t want her to get too busy to see me… LOL. Her shop is conveniently located in downtown Langley and is nicely decorated with good air conditioning.

I had suffered a serious neck injury about 18 months ago. After receiving treatment with about 5-6 other rmt's with little or no results , I finally contacted Shanay for treatment. I now feel like I wasted a year with everyone else. She has helped me tremendously with recovery. Shanay is a remarkable professional who is geniunely concerned with your well being and providing the treatment required to help what is ailing you. It's refreshing to deal with someone who takes their work seriously instead of just getting you out the door and onto the next. I would 100% recommend Shanay to anyone who is needing RMT treatment.
