Been going here since Oct 2017 for massage therapy and the occasional chiropractic appointment. Corinna the RMT is amazing. Relaxing music, gentle essential oils being diffused and a salt lamp make the perfect zen room! Erin (chiro) is very thorough and I love that she incorporates the use of essential oils in her practice. Wonderful with kids as well. Erin is a fantastic chiropractor. Very thorough and really gives you her undivided attention during the appointment. We never feel rushed and always get our questions answered. She is fantastic with kids and makes them feel safe during their treatment.

So I see Erin Rice for a lower back/pelvic problem caused by wearing a walking cast last year. While she's very good at explaining what she's going to do and reassuring about noises that might sound bad if you're new. However, I feel like she's not the best at addressing concerns. Though I'm also not the best at expressing concerns so take this complaint with a grain of salt. I continue to have a lot of issues with my lower back, which I have mentioned. And not a lot was explained as to why, in fact she made a point that she believed I was progressing nicely when I feel like I'm not progressing at all.

I rarely post reviews, but I just have to commend Erin on her almost magic abilities. I was lucky enough to have her adjust me during my pregnancy, and today, I brought my 7 week old daughter to see her. She is SO intuitive, and informative. She’s incredibly gentle and kind, and so easy to have a good rapport with. She told me not to expect an immediate improvement but let me put it this way - I walked in with a screaming, unhappy baby, and walked out with a peaceful little girl sleeping in my arms. Since we’ve been home, it’s been a complete turn around from how things were before. Chiropractic healing WORKS, and Dr. Erin Rice is one of the good ones. She cares about making her patients feel BETTER, not seeing us as something to fix, but rather, someone to heal. Me and my husband are so grateful. Thank you Erin!

Rice Family Chiropractic is a husband/wife team. Dr. James Rice was recommended to me by my niece. Since I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, no chiropractor wants to treat me because they could break a bone easily. Dr. James Rice uses manipulation with deep tissue massage, so therefore is not forcing bones into place. Once he's manipulated the muscles, the bones just slip into place. The first visit, he felt along my spine, neck and shoulders. Then he took this plastic example of a spine and showed me exactly how my spine curved in a certain place, and he explained how it was relevant to everything that I was telling him hurt me. He went into detail in a way I understood. He then started to work on me. He knew exactly what spots needed to be worked on first. I've seen him twice and intend on going back to him all the time. Would definitely highly recommend Rice Family Chiropractic to anyone who is tired of always being in pain.

My family has been a client of Rice Family Chiropractic for over 7 years. I have an old shoulder injury & other sports related aches that require regular maintenance so I see James on a monthly basis. Not only is he very professional, personable and good at what he does, but based on no further issues with my shoulder and back or body pain, he gets great results. Because of my regular visits I now sleep better and when I do have an injury or body pain it is quickly resolved. Erin sees my son and wife on a regular basis and again the service is excellent. She is friendly and her expertise in dealing with children is very evident.

Initially it was OK, but as you continue to get treatment's here long term, all the staff give attitudes and inappropriate comments and doesn't treat you with respect. Too much success makes them prideful and arrogant.
