I was going to a different physio after shoulder surgery for months with no progress but after coming here the kinesiologist and the physiotherapist had to break me back down to zero, then build me back up and I'm so extremely grateful they did, painful as it is. Their expertise, help, and compassion by pushing me harder so I can recover. Definitely recommend them ! Thank you so much!

unfortunately I have had to submit a official complaint with work safe bc in how lifemark operates OR2 programs. I found that many of the things they told me ended up being lies. They lied to my employer about my return to work status multiple times. The condition of the facility and equipment is below standard with multiple machines broken. Some returning clients mentioned that some equipment has been out of order for years. Short staffed on a regular basis leads to lack of quality treatment when WCB is paying for it. Excuses on a regular basis from, can't find anyone to hire, to many people in the facility. Going to the extend of telling clients they can't go to the pool because to many clients. Please be aware of your RIGHTS and that you entitled to proper treatment.

After suffering a sacral tear in my lower back I was to do physical therapy here as part of my recovery through WCB. They didn’t do anything. Used heat pads and suggested a few stretches. Didn’t physically do anything to help me with my pain and discomfort. Ended up doing chiropractic and massage therapy which fixed me in a few sessions each. I don’t know if it was because it was WCB or if they just generally do not care. If I had to do it Over I’d choose somewhere else and not waste my time.

After experiencing leukaemia I was referred to Lifemark for a conditioning program. It was a 4 week long program and Amy the kinesiologist was amazing. She was very understanding, non judgemental and gave me a solid foundation for working out and continuing to improve. Also Emily the physiotherapist was excellent, she listened to my concerns and educated me in a non judgemental way. I was booked for 24 sessions of physiotherapy through my insurance provider. I am a little over half way through the program at the time of writing this. Lifemark has been a great experience. The facility is clean and organized, which is good in a COVID struck world. The staff are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. My kinesiologist Amy has been great, she does a great job making you feel comfortable while you are there and frequently checks in on you to make sure everything is okay or to suggest a different workout or routine that she thinks would benefit you. I highly recommend Lifemark 64th to anyone, but especially those with COVID induced anxiety like myself.

Unlike other physios who are dealing your appointment time, Biren spends almost the whole time with you. He spent an amazing amount of time teaching me about my body and pain. Lifemark is amazing. My back pain got worse over the years if I bended over and would have really hard time coming back up. I tried massages, acupuncture, and physio treatments from different places, and nothing was working for me until I met Peter and Brodie at Lifemark. They fixed me and I couldn't believe that I can move properly again because I thought I was doomed for life. The environment is also very clean and professional. It made my rehabilitation very much easier and pleasant. Thank you Brodie and the people who are working behind the scene in Lifemark. I was in a motorcycle accident in 2019, where I suffered a severe break of my lower right leg, which resulted In me needing to learn to walk again. After some disagreements with how my treatment should progress at my old physio based on my knowledge background in Fitness, I decided I needed a change. I asked around and was referred to Lifemark to see Peter and Brodie. Right away, I was confident in their knowledge and their plan of action in helping me achieve my goals of returning to normal. They helped me not only learn to walk correctly again but I was also able to sprint on a treadmill before finishing my treatments. The front staff is super friendly, and it was always a delight to see them. I don't only recommend just Brodie and Peter. I would feel comfortable recommending anyone on the team as I had the privilege of observing how they helped their patients over the year of my treatment. Superb Job Team, it was a pleasure being there.

I have been in lifemarks return to work program through Worksafe and am very very please with this facility. they care about my recovery. Every staff member is very nice. My physiotherapist Dee is very very good. My kinesiologist Kevin is also. They take the time to make sure I am getting exactly what i need in the clinic as well as what is best for me in conjunction with work safe. I really liked coming here because everyone ensures I'm greeted when I first walked in. Even nearby staff that wasn't near the reception made eye contact and smiled when I walked in. I came in because I was having issues with leg. I think it's called dancer's hip. Balraj was able to relieve a lot of the pain that I was feeling from it after one session.

I have been going to lifemarks for 4 years. I love how well I am treated by the staff from the front desk ( Marisel and Chelsea ) to the therapists, Mackenzie, Byron, Stephanie and Amy. They have all helped me on my way to recovery with lifetime techniques and excersice that I can use on a day to day basis. I have done physiotherapy, massage therapy, vestibular therapy, and active rehab therapy. I worked with Catherine a few weeks ago and she's helped me get back into running after my family doctor said I should never run again. My knees have never felt better since getting back into it. Update again!! These people do not have your best interest at all. After my treatment was said and done, 2 years later.. I found out that they have forwarded a payment to collections. Like I have said previously, I have private insurance and also goes through ICBC. I don’t see how I can owe them anything. I have not received any phone calls or emails, yet I still do receive their monthly email updates. If I haven’t pulled my credit file, I wouldn’t have known about this! When I called their office, their manager is conveniently gone for the day. Update: Kevin from Lifemark got back to me promptly after I voiced my concerns. They are taking extra steps to make sure my treatments there will be a breeze from now on. Thank you for taking care of your clients. While I did get excellence service from both of the therapists... my encounters with a staff at the reception left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. When I first started my treatments, I was told by a staff that she will need to cancel my treatments because my claim adjuster did not get back to their office yet. At that time, I told her.. it’s ok I have my own insurance and I need to start treatments since I am in pain. Even at that time, she repeated a couple of times that i will need to pay out of my own pocket, in which I replied ok. Then recently, my treatments have ran out and my adjuster did not get back to Lifemark yet. Instead of saying, your treatments for next week in not covered, but if you want to go through private insurance or pay out of your own pocket...she said I will need to CANCEL all your appointments because your treatments ran out. I then said, I have my own insurance again.. and she still won’t re book my appointments. She kept saying that I will need to pay out of my own pocket. Seriously? Again? I have the funds for my treatments.. I just want to feel better again. There is no need to make someone feel so uncomfortable!!

I have been to lifemark Langley three times in the last few weeks . The last time was Monday and walking in they did take my temperature. Did not ask me the coved questions like been out of province , waiting on coved results ect . There is a table with spray bottles with disinfectant there where approximately ten bottles with cloths on them . I grabbed one walked into gym . I was the only one in the gym with spray bottle to disinfect the equipment . So they are not taking or inforcing covid protocols seriously. I happen to care about the Covid protocols . They are putting me in harms way . I rate this place a negative five stars

I just finished my OR2 (Rehabilitation) Program, and I really liked the place and the professionals, well knowledge, supportive and helpful. I always found a technical answer for my doubts, and recommendation about new exercises to improve or modified exercises when I was unable to do the standard ones. Originally I was seeing Jessica for Physio, but unfortunately she has left to specialize. If I was still seeing Jessica I would give Lifemark 5/5 stars. Jessica passed me onto Peter, when I arrived for my appointment he must have forgot as the receptionist had to remind him (7 minutes after my appointment time) that I was here for my appointment and that I was Jessica's client. When I went into Peter's office Peter had no idea what I was there for, I at least expected him to read my file! I had to explain to him why I was there, Peter then asked me what exercises Jessica had me doing, I then had to tell Peter everything that Jessica had me doing. Really a waste of my time. Peter did not have any information regarding my reasons to going to physio. At the end of the session, Peter wrote down my new exercises on a piece of paper, where Jessica printed every exercise out with a picture and description. Really wish Jessica stayed part time! I am sure that Peter is great, but he made a very bad impression on me with not being prepared.

The staff there are great, I felt well supported while I was there and would highly recommend this clinic to others as well.

After my second back surgery I went to Balraj Dhillon for my rehabilitation. I rely heavily on alignment as well as balance at my workplace. I have never received more beneficial treatment then with Balraj. Now I am back to work full time. I will continue to visit in the future to help keep me pain free and moving well.
