I guarantee that you will enjoy your massage from Cherie whether you are there to get your sore muscles loosened up due to the day-to-day grind or because of a sports injury that you are needing work on just to get back to your day-to-day! I have been to see her for both reasons and have left happy, relaxed and (on one occasion) not limping the way I was when I went in! You will become aware quite early in your first meeting with Cherie that she possesses the calming energy that most of us strive for. She is a very active person and has pretty much "been there done that" so you feel as though she really understands your concerns and can explain them to you, along with talking you through what she has done or is about to do to relieve them.

Cherie is a very welcoming and easy going massage therapist. The office is friendly and easily accessible and from the get go she makes the sometimes awkward beginnings of a massage easy. The usual forms are filled out and she actually reviews them and asks questions about your information. She creates familiarity and common ground. Through the massage she is friendly and responds to your level of conversation and ensures that you are never uncomfortable. All around great experience and I would definitely recommend her services :)
