Fang is a fantastic massage therapist and does a great job checking in with you for any problem areas you might want extra work on. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage if your have tight muscles. She also uses a hot/cold cream afterwards (if you wish) that is absolutely lovely and just what I needed. AND, she gave me a complimentary water bottle that's great for hot and cold drinks, with a temp gauge at the top.
