I absolutely loved Tanis when she was there but when she left, I was set up with Ian. This was not a good match. The ambience (lights on as bright as they go) was horrible and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. A few pillows and better lighting would have went a long way. I also didn't like how little he communicated with me. I went there with a pain in my back and left with a sore neck on top of that. It was the worst experience I have ever been through with massage therapy.

Tannis is fantastic and offers great advice. She cares about your experience and improving your well being. She is super friendly and clearly very knowledgeable and talented. It’s nice to chat with her about healthy eating! The receptionists are super nice as well. Anastasia remembered what we chatted about like three months ago which was so nice (and impressive). The location is great albeit a little awkward to figure out how to get in (in the tunnel-like opening in the building to the right of the Trinity sign there is a stair case and elevator when you walk inside). Very quiet compared to other places I’ve been. The beds are comfy and everything is new so it feels fresh!

Terrible scheduling. They failed to let me know that my appointment was cancelled. Apparently they called once in September 30th and I booked it on line on Sept 24th. My apt was on Oct 28th at 7pm. They should of emailed me to let me know. I cancelled my other place to come here but got screwed b/c they cant manage their appointments. Andrew Ive checked my phone and emails and I dont see your company name, email or number on my phone or emails. I didnt delete anything either, which means you're also a liar as well.

Had a very pleasant experience and chat with Ian after not visiting an RMT in over a year. He was great with pressure and points of concern while explaining his methods and highlighting potential underlying causes. Was also in-tune with when I wanted to chat or just relax which is fine balance. Also had a nice chat with the receptionist at the time, who is actually the owner (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) and was very impressed with the attention to detail and hands-on role she has in the day-to-day. Totally recommend visiting both the location and Ian. Thanks guys!

What a fantastic experience! Everyone at Trinity was so welcoming and friendly, and Cara did an amazing job on my quads and my back! Cara's energy is fantastic; I feel super comfortable and relaxed with her. The atmosphere at Trinity is really positive and the extra little details (coffee after my massage? Yes, please!) really made it a great experience. I'll be back!

I had a deep tissue massage with RMT Keith Peck, and I would highly recommend his services. I have chronic back and neck pain due to my occupation, stress, and previous injuries. Keith was very knowledgeable, informative, and attentive. After my first appointment I felt significant improvement. My pain and discomfort have subsided, and I feel complete relief for extended periods of time. I intend to go back for regular appointments to help maintain my progress. For anyone experiencing chronic pain, a lagging injury, or even simple discomfort, I cannot encourage you enough to book an appointment with Keith. Let him work on you, listen to what he says, and I guarantee you will feel the results.

First time going to this clinic and my RMT was Karley. It was a terrible experience because despite the fact I explained the areas I had pain, I did not receive treatment for those areas which was insulting beside wasting my time and money. Instead she spent time working on different areas but very poor quality treatment and I left with pain on my quads where she spent the most of the time that I did not have pain and I did not ask for treatment for my quads.

Trinity has become my new favorite place- clean, fresh and friendly. The staff here are wonderful and professional! Best treatment I have received! They provide online booking and direct billing - also reminders about your appointments which is a plus since I always forget. After your visit they offer cookies and coffee which is the perfect treat. Finding the entrance was a little difficult at first as it is near the Pharmasave and up the stairs on the second floor, but the environment and treatment made up for it! Will definitely be back and be recommending this place to everyone!

The staff at trinity was great! I felt comfortable and relaxed upon walking in. My massage was great and Val worked in a way that was good for me. He would press harder if I asked and pressed softer if I needed it or I had a sore spot. Overall they are a great team and would highly recommend you try them out.

Staff was very accommodating and welcoming, the massage was unbelievable, I felt so relaxed after it and my massage therapist really focused on specific parts of my back working her way through every knot.The room I was in also had a salt lamp with essential oils on it which made my massage even more relaxing! After my massage the receptionist treated me to complimentary coffee and tea! Highly recommend!

Went to Trinity for the first time last week and it was great! My massage was with Cindy and she did a fantastic job, even using techniques or massaging certain areas that my previous RMT's haven't done. Felt much more relaxed afterwards. My only complaint would be that for the first little while of the massage, I could hear the guy working at the reception laughing and chatting with either another staff or a client in the lobby and it was pretty distracting. But otherwise look forward to coming back.

I have been going to Trinity for prenatal massages for about 6 months, Jenna is amazing and very knowledgeable. The receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful.
