After a car accident left me with a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders, I went to see RMT Natiely. She loosened up all the knots and even helped relieve the tightness in my hips as well. I often have difficulty finding an RMT who will use the right amount of pressure for me, but she got it exactly right. Would highly recommend her!

Awesome experience! I have been to several clinics in kw and this place is superior in many ways. Friendly and knowledgable therapists who are passionate and caring. After the treatment therapist took their timeto educate me on stretches/ exercises to specifically target my areas of concern. I have seen a few therapist there (A.J. primarily but also Robin)and been happy each time! Both have different approach in terms of treatment but with same overall goal in mind. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience with deep tissue back and leg massage. Hurts like crazy while having it done but I know it's a healing pain. I feel a million times better after the massage. Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids after a massage!

My fiance and I go here for our monthly massages. Been there 2 times so far and both times have been great! The staff is friendly, accommodating and the location is very clean. We see Amy & A.J. they are wonderful. Amy is very personable, sweet and funny and A.J. is very down to earth, funny and kind. I would definitely recommend this place (and I have) plus they are reasonably priced for RMT massages! Location is a bit tough to get to thanks to the construction but don't let that deter you. Go get a massage, unwind and relax. The only thing this place is missing is some wine or coffee. That would make it over the top amazing!

Clean, professional, organized. Two beefs are that the window air conditioners are old and very loud, kind of ruins the relaxation. And it can be difficult sometimes to get someone to answer the phone or respond to emails. It's either fine or like their telecommunications went AWOL. Treatments are fantastic I go to get deep tissue massage and I always get what I ask for. Can be very painful but they will modify treatment as required. So with it in the end. It is NOT wheelchair assessable and you will need to climb a flight of stairs to the treatment rooms.

Went here for a massage to give them a try and was helped by Michele. I got the 60 minute massage and she did an amazing job on my back and shoulders. I will definitely go see her again. Her and the owner were very warm and welcoming. Definitely one of my favourites in the area and much recommended.

Horrible experience. Fell down and hurt my back. Family doctor assessed and sent for massage after 10 days. I always need a light massage esp now that I was tender. The therapist refused to do a light massage and cancelled my appointment. I am a family physician myself and could have addressed any concerns the therapist had. However It seemed she was not interested in my opinion at all. She was not even aware that I was a family physician or how the injury occurred. Would not recommend this location at all.

Sara is a life saver, she does such AMAZING work and is wonderfully friendly aswell. She goes beyond the simple massage, catering to your preferences for pressure and areas to be worked. She also recommends different stretches and techniques that you can do yourself to help improve your issues while at home. Its clear to me that she truly wants to help you to get better, (unlike other practitioners around the city who would rather you come in for an indefinite number of appointments) all in all, super friendly, extremely effective. I recommend her to all of my friends. massage works is worth checking out!

I sooo apologize! I accidentally mixed up the names of the places I have been, as they both have massage in the name. Massage works is the Best massage I have ever had hands down! Brenda is the best massage therapist, very kind and thoughtful. She worked on me all throughout my pregnancy, and was so gentle and hardworking to make sure I was so comfortable all throughout. Beautiful old home in Kitchener with lovely character. It was night and day from the massage place I had been for my first massage prior. It's the only place that will ever get another massage, and I have sent all of my friends there. If you are pregnant and need a massage, I highly recommend Brenda and Massage works. Sorry for the previous review, a bit of baby brain on my part and was a complete accident.
