Paulina is amazing at what she does - I wont see anyone else. I have so much neck and shoulder tension along with headaches and shes been the only one to help and give me relief. My boyfriend goes to see her and she helps him as well. She is very professional and I look forward to every appointment. Thank you for what you do! It makes a difference.

Not very much appreciated by the massage.Have tried a few RMTs there but they can put pressure if needed but techniques not found,neither relaxation. Front desk staffs are well behaved.

The masseuse was great and she would get 5 stars but she is at a new location now. Unfortunately the space is small and close together so you can hear everything at reception and in the hallway when receptionists and other people are chatting. Isn’t the best place for a relaxing experience overall. Update: MassageWorks did contact me about the above to address and improve on the concern about the noise!

They have a good location on Max Becker in Kitchener. The front desk staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. Since they have several therapists working at this location, they usually have the ability to get you an appointment sooner than other places. I only wish if they have a system that charges insurance companies directly. This is now available almost everywhere, but not sure why is it not introduced at this center.

She takes the time to listen to your concerns, checks in with you throughout and gives stretches and ideas to help with ailments at home. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. I have been going here for several years now and my partner and I both see Michael for massage and I have seen Jennifer in the past for osteopathy. I can’t say enough about the positive results I have had. I have a plethora of injuries that go back as far as a car accident when I was 17 and high school sports injuries that have been mitigated with Michael’s help. I recently suffered two concussions within the year and Michael has helped/is helping me deal with the aftermath. He has great advice and continues to impress me with his knowledge and professionalism. I have also heard other great results from many other patrons at this location and I also find the front desk to be kind and always attentive.

She listens to your concerns and adjusts what she does based on your needs. I prefer a decent amount of pressure and she does a great job! I would highly recommend Paulina to anyone! Great clinic (based on first visit). Paulina was my therapist for a deep tissue full body massage, and she is very good to say the least. I would describe the atmosphere as above average, music volume is about right as well as air temperature and lighting. Great experience!

Poor service. They over charged me and then when i tried to resolve the situation the manager hung up on me. They discriminated against me. I've never been so rudely and poorly massaged in my life. Find a tree. You'll get a better massage. Please note their obvious inmaturity in their reply. I forgot to add that they never took my temp as they as supposed to. So my next call is the bylaw office. Sp sad. I had such great hopes. Too bad.

I woke up one morning unable to move my neck. After checking online scheduling for a half dozen clinics, without success, I called Massage Works. Miraculously, they had an opening that night! I was booked in with Jacob - best massage ever! Within 24 hrs of that one treatment I had full mobility in my neck again. I've been a regular ever since.

Michael M is absolutely a fantastic masseuse, and great all around guy. He cares very much about the individual, and caters to your specific needs. Excellent communication with Michael. Not just a masseuse, also great "talk Therapy"! Went there after a slip and fall which resulted in concussion, and he was the best ever, as being a male and never ever having a massage before, he made me feel very comfortable, nothing weird about it. Great great guy, and very intuitive.

When we need massage, my son and I will only go to MassageWorks. I have never had a RMT that didn't help me feel better. Even after breaking my ankle, they helped me regain mobility that I was getting through physio. It's the only place I'll go for massage therapy.

Anyone who is looking for an awesome deep tissue massage can have it now at the Max Becker location in Kitchener if you ask for Jacob. He is the best. This was the best deep tissue massage experience from all that I had in 2 years. My back is like new and I feel reborn and much stronger. My spouse had the same great experience and we are very grateful for the work he does. Thank you Jacob.

This clinic is absolutely fantastic in every way. The therapists go above and beyond to make sure that clients are comfortable with each individual treatment, and will modify it upon request. My first treatment was 6 years ago, and the standard has constantly been maintained to this day. I was once overcharged and didn't realize it until I left, but was promptly responded to by one of the owners themselves that I would be refunded the amount the next time I came in. With response to covid, they hold the same PPE standard that all businesses should. I would 100% reccomend this clinic.

Needed a massage badly last week as I have constant back issues and I got in with Christina (cannot go wrong with such a great name :-) and wow, is all I can say. It was literally one of the best massages I have ever had, and for me to actually doze off even though I was in pain is pretty incredible so I cannot say enough of how great an experience it was. Also, Ginger the receptionist is awesome, very accommodating and super helpful.

Crystal is THE best!! I have tried different massage places with different RMT's and never left feeling like I got what I needed no matter how I explained where my tense areas were or problem areas. Until Crystal! She asks right away what my problem areas are and focuses on them -she gives awesome post massage advice involving after care and specific stretches for prevention of future pain. After a day of feeling sore, for the next month I felt like I had gotten years of my life back! I felt no tension or knots in my back. I literally didn't even know it was possible to feel that good until she did her magic with my back. I am in awe and I recommend her because she is just so friggen good at her job and its amazing to see that and have that kind of care. I will forever come back to her because she's just the best.
