Absolutely the WORST massage therapy clinic I've ever attended. So incredibly unprofessional. I decided to give them a second chance after my previous therapist who left me waiting in the foyer for almost an hour and just sent an email while I was sitting there to say she was unwell and wouldn't be in that day.
Now after having my son I needed to come back but Leslie, the therapist I booked an appointment with, never explained their COVID rules. I was unsubscribed to their emails, which was never checked, so the emails with information I needed to fill out never arrived in my email inbox. I also called Leslie the day before to talk about what her schedule looked like for the rest of the week because my work calendar was filling up but she didn't called back until 7:41pm when I was putting my son to bed. She called to say she assumed I wouldn't be in and would schedule me for Thursday evening instead. What? Who cancels a patient's appointment without speaking with them? And who thinks calling at 7:41pm is appropriate? Who doesn't leave a message with a phone number so your patient can call you back?
I called to leave a message this morning which went unanswered until I called them back again at 10:45am. I was getting ready to head out the door for my appointment and thought I should double check. I was told by Natalie that Leslie would not be in and had instead rescheduled me for Thursday evening. Thursday evening doesn't work for my schedule. She at least took the time to figure out why I hadn't been getting any emails.
Natalie said that she felt bad and the experiences I've had do not reflect their practice. Unfortunately, they do.
