Simon is excellent at massage therapy! He was great with communicating and finding where my pain was and treating it. I've had chronic hip pain for years and now I'm barely bothered by them! I even tried acupuncture with Simon and he made the process as painless as possible and always listened to me when something was uncomfortable. He is also a very kind and personable individual and I enjoyed conversations with him. I liked that he remembered details about me, because I could tell he listened and took me seriously. I cannot recommend him enough!

I first met Simon three years ago when I was 2 days post-natal and couldn't walk. I am so happy he was the RMT closest to my house. I've benefited from his physiological approach to making sure my strains, aches and knots were worked out. Simon has used acupuncture, taping, cupping and massage to help me work towards being pain free. I knew Simon was really good at being an RMT when he treated the left side of my body different than the right. He pays attention to what is really going on and not just surface level touch. As an added bonus, such a nice guy!

I cannot speak highly enough about Simon and the help he has given me over the last two years. I first started getting massages from Simon four weeks after having my first abdominal surgery and over the following months he was able to significantly reduce the scar tissue and increase the flexibility and suppleness at the incision site and the muscles underneath. He was able to get me back to feeling just like my pre-surgery self! Once it was evident that I would need additional surgery, it was wonderful to have Simon as one of the pillars of my recovery action plan. We were able to map out strategies to implement post surgery treatment before the surgery even happened. I have been a very vocal advocate of the healing qualities of massage for reducing the effects of scar tissue post surgery, and I would recommend Simon to everyone who is looking at post-surgery massage and scar tissue work.

I really can’t explain how much Simon is helping me to release problems I have in my back. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. Heck – twelve stars. Combined with chiropractic release at the Live Well Centre, I have seen results from a year-long episode of back pain (post baby) in under a week. They changed my life. I should be a spokesperson. We tried acupuncture combined with electronic muscle stimulation today which was an approach I am not used to; however, I feel like my range of motion has increased and the knots I had are knots no more! Please, please, please – if you have issues, go to Simon and/or the Live Well centre NOW. I spent a year trying to stretch/roll out, went to physio, bought a new mattress, started taking muscle relaxants but nothing solved the problem… and now it’s gone. I’m telling all my friends.

He is very intuitive, and a true healer. I have been getting massages for over 20 years and he is by far the best. Simon is a wonderful massage therapist. If he has availability, take the opportunity to book in now, he will get busy quickly. Once people see him, he becomes "their guy", and that will limit openings for you. I started seeing Simon as I was getting back on my feet after a serious bicycle accident. I'd had multiple fractures and deep open wounds in my left lower leg. Simon was incredibly intuitive, gentle, caring and focused in his approach. He wasn't afraid to get directly into the healed area to help restore function, release scar tissue, re-activate muscles and increase joint range of motion. No massage was ever the same. Depending on my tolerance, he would work deep in the affected tissues or gently around the area, always making sure that my whole body got the therapeutic infusion and relaxation it needed. This was also supplemented, at times, by acupuncture, cupping and taping. Simon was an integral part of the team (chiropractic, physio, massage) that got me up and walking again. Simon is a talented therapist and a wonderful person to boot. Massage is his calling and he's don a lot of extra training which gives him the tools to make sure you get what you need for your massage. Enjoy!

As someone who usually prefers female RMTs I highly recommend Simon. He is kind, mindful and makes sure you comfortable throughout the appointment.
