Recently had my first appointment at Greenhaven Massage Therapy and it was a truly wonderful experience! My existing massage therapist relocated to work out of this location and at first I was slightly apprehensive about going to a new environment for my appointments. I have to say, there was nothing to worry about. Greenhaven has set-up great communication for appointment bookings and reminders through their online portal. You receive your individual covid assessment form via email to complete before you come for your appoint which is very convenient. My massage therapist Julie Laporte (RMT) is highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional and caring. She works with you to ensure any concerns are addressed and that your treatment is taylored specifically to your needs. Greenhaven Massage has a open and bright entryway to easily see if anyone is coming in/out and the staff is friendly & professional. The massage rooms are clean, organized, and have very relaxing & comforting atmosphere. I highly recommend this location and of course, Julie!

GreenHaven may be new, but Alyssa is a familiar face in massage therapy in Kingston. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable in working with pregnant and postpartum people. She is also super friendly and fun. I cannot recommend reaching out to Alyssa enough.
