Nice facility. Massage felt nice at the time, but I got really sore after and I am still in a lot of pain. It has been over a week since my massage. I think my massage therapist may have pulled a muscle in my neck or hurt a nerve or something. Definitely won't be going back

This place is great! I see Ivy and she is awesome! She can tell which spots are bothering you without you having to tell her where to go. The facility is also nice and clean and comfortable.

A great place to go for a massage! I’ve been seeing Ivy for 3 years at a different clinic, so when I found out she is now working out of Main Focus I was more than willing to make the jump! I would travel anywhere in the city to see her. She truly listens to your concerns and treats them with professionalism and expertise. Even after years of treatment, Ivy always touches base at the beginning of each appointment (and throughout!) to see if there are any changes needed. I never feel like I get the same cookie cutter massage each time, because she’s always adjusting to what my body needs that day/week/month. I am always so impressed with the care I receive, and look forward to seeing her again next time! The clinic itself is very cute, calm and clean. I was pleased with the ambiance and decor. Can’t wait to be back next month!

Just had a 60 minute massage today and it was the best! April is very good in what she's doing. I feel so relaxed the whole time. Will definitely book for another massage therapy session with her ????????

I had my first Massage with Gurpreet and it was fantastic. I have had many massages in my life and this one was very unique. She is very good at her skill. She took time and focused on each part of my body but took the extra time on the parts that were really causing me pain. I left feeling a million times lighter and that I could actually move my neck around which I haven't felt in a long time. The whole building is aesthetically pleasing, clean and comforting to be in. I am excited to continue to go back.

This was my first time coming to Main Focus Massage and I have nothing to say but good things! I went to see Lindsey for a 60min massage and she was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable with the body and showed me some very effective stretches for my back and neck. Leaving he massage room I felt so much lighter! 10/10 would come again!

After a soccer injury, I had hip pain for 2 months. I had several PT appointments which helped, but I was recommended massage therapy. I booked an appointment at Main Focus and Ivy was my RMT. Ivy did an incredible job at relieving some of my pain and also educating me on what my next steps should be! She is very friendly, professional, and adjusts to your pressure needs. Will definitely be coming back to her! :)

Had a session with April today for some neck and shoulder pain I've been experiencing for almost a week now. Booked a 1HR appointment with focus on my injured area. Not only did she relieve the strain I had on my neck and shoulder, she also relieved other stressed areas on my leg from consistent driving. Completely satisfied with my experience with Main Focus Massage. I highly recommend this place for any massage. It's not that pricey and you will be received with extreme professionalism. I am happy that I finally found a massage place to go for. It was my first time to try cupping a month ago and it was an amazing experience. Ivy is so professional, knowledegable on what areas to work on and a great and awesome massage therapist. I came back yesterday for another cupping appointment and she touches base of what I am feeling after the first session and if it is the same concern I am having the first time I went there. She really treat what my body needed. It is as if I am getting a tailor made massage suited for my body's concern. The clinic is very clean and have a nice ambiance. Also have a relaxing vibe.

This was my first massage and I am quite disappointed. The therapist was not checking how I am feeling during the massage and one thing I can say it was not relaxing at all. I paid for 1 hour massage and I felt the massage was just for 45 min. Certainly will NOT recommend.

Multiple people have told me how great of a massage therapist April is. And I agree. She is professional, her pressure and technique is fantastic. A great sign that a RMT is good, they are booked solid weeks ahead. Which April is!!! She direct bills many different companies and booking online is made easy for her clients. Her prices are reasonable as well as her discount cards that she hands out to her regular clients keeps them happy and coming back. Regarding a review below trying to bash her, clearly that person never truly has been to see April at her place of work. Because there is NO SHOWER in the bathroom, nor in the spa for clients to use. This is a feature that only large/hotel spas have for their patrons. Nowhere does April or the spa advertise the use of a shower. It’s sad that people feel the need to leave fake reviews to try to hurt someone. But anyone that knows April, knows the truth.
