First time going for a massage today and Ashley was great! My husband sees Alan and has no complaints either. Had to cancel on short notice a couple of weeks and they were understanding and accommodating. Front area is clean and nicely lit, unlike some dark dingy reception areas. Insurance was direct billed so no hassles there. Any time I've called, they are polite and courteous. Definitely a 10!

Hi, We are so lucky to have Jeff Manliguez work on my mothers right knee after the Complete knee replacement and let me tell you, he is ONE OF THE BEST PHYSIO THERAPIST we've ever met, he is super nice, careful, gentle , absolutely knows his stuff and super knowledgeable. My mom feels so much better after the physio session because of all muscle massage around the knee and stretching Jeff does. The surgery was Sept. 18th and my mom is already walking without a cane, try eating that record. THANK YOU JEFF! If your loved one needs proper care Jeff is the guy you need to go see. We also dealt with Myles at the same location and he worked on my moms knee last year on the left leg and we had a great experience. If i ever need a physio, this will be the place i will go to. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Arsh is a very knowledgeable, professional physiotherapist. He took the time to properly confirm my diagnosis on the first visit, then presented me with an effective treatment plan, reinforced by subsequent visits. He knows how to manifest pain for the sake of diagnosis, so that he can isolate the affected areas of the body and treat accordingly. After a few months of physio and treatment, my symptoms had improved so much that he no longer recommended booking subsequent appointments - to me that shows that he is really in it for your benefit, rather than keeping a paying customer around for the sake of profit. I had a very positive experience at Complete Physiotherapy, and with Arshdeep Gill. They also direct bill to insurance.

Great service. Alan, Chris and Jeff I have dealt with. All three are great!! I have the greatest Massage in my life from Alan. He knows the right points and perfect pressure to get rid of the pain or discomfort. And he tells the right exercises after the massage as well to get the proper stretching done. Chris is the best Chiropractor and as well as physiotherapist and acupuncture specialist. I recommend this place for sure, to anyone who’s having trouble anywhere in their body part.

First time there for a massage today and Elyse was amazing. Best massage I've had in a long time. Staff were very friendly. Massage beds and rooms were warm, cozy and relaxing. Given the covid circumstances there was sufficient sanitizer and cleaning while I was there. Already booked my next massage appointment and will for sure try out other services as they come up. Great job!

With so many massage therapists to choose from it’s hard to know where to start. I’ve had chronic back pain for years. Due to the disc flare ups I am very careful letting anyone work on my back. Alan is not only aware of my concern, but professionally he asks every time what we need to work on and then goes from there. He modifies his massage depending on my current pain level or any new issue. He can provide a deep tissue massage or a lighter relaxing massage. Alan’s professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If you want to chat he’s easy going and if you want to relax he’s chill. The music he plays is pretty good too! At my last appointment I had some knee pain and Alan allotted time to work on the knee. As this was a recent injury…it hurt when he applied pressure (I’m really not a wimp!) Alan always kept an eye on my pain level. I actually felt back to normal after the massage and the next day was able to walk without pain. While currently working on a kinesiology degree, with a future focus on physical therapy, Alan is both educated and interested in getting to the root of the problem. He even took extra time to take a further look at my knee after the massage. Alan recommends if you need another appointment if you are dealing with a specific issue, but he never pressures you to come back more than is necessary. The clinic has a friendly atmosphere and I’ve never had to wait for an appointment. They send a reminder of your appointment by email and phone. I highly recommend Alan and Complete Physiotherapy!

I broke my shoulder in two places 6 weeks ago and needed to start physiotherapy . I walked into Complete Physiotherapy on Gateway Road and they were able to get me an appointment that same day. Carlos Ruiz was my physiotherapist and I was so worried about how painful this was going to be and pessimistic about my recovery due to the serious nature of the injury, but he was amazing. He did a full assessment and started my treatment right away. He was so gentle but managed to get my shoulder to do things I thought weren't going to be possible for months. He was professional, knowledgeable about my injury, and is vested in my recovery. I was given recovery time at the end of the session and coached on how to continue these exercises at home. I was truly amazed about how great I felt and how optimistic I am about my recovery. I highly recommend Carlos and Complete Physiotherapy for anyone needing physio.

Physiotherapist Jeff is awesome. The clinic itself is understaffed which results in delays. They need to have a dedicated physio assistant to help rather relying on the therapist. Late day apts are often delayed - not once have I been taken on time. Physiotherapists spends valuable time managing heat and ice packs....printing patient information sheets.

I can finally go on long bikes again without tail bone pain. Carlos gave me a variety of good strength building exercises and stretches to enable improvement in several areas. He spent a good amount of time on manual treatment as well, whereas other phsios I've been have been shorter and not adequate or jumping between to many patients.

Another excellent Physio Therapist at this location: Arsh Gill Is one of the best therapist worked on my son's ankle issues. 3 months ago my son hurt his ankle and the doctor said to just leave it for now and we access the situation in a week time. Well, 2 x-rays came clean and we were back to square one. I couldn't see my son in this condition so i ended up taking him to complete physio as i've had a great first experience at this location with Jeff who worked on my mom's knees after complete knee replacement surgery. As Arsh was evaluating my son's condition i knew i had made the right choice. Arsh assured me that my son will be back on his feet in no time - 4 weeks later my kid is doing great and he is back running and playing. Not only Arsh worked on my sons ankle but he also felt the stress i was under and he did everything he could to bring that stress level down and he did. I dont have words to express my gratitude and i couldn't have asked for a better physio therapist. Thank you Arsh Gill from bottom of my heart for taking good care of my son. Thank you

Recently visited Myles for a nagging shoulder issue. It was my first time visiting a physiotherapist, and I couldn't be happier. The staff was very friendly, and a clinic was very clean. Myles really has a deep knowledge base, and friendly demeanour. He was able to identify and treat my rotator issue with a few quick exercises and made my shoulder feel better than it has in months. Would very highly recommend!

I love this physio clinic! I have been to another clinic in the area and it does not compare at all. I was attending physio appointments regularly in the fall and winter after an accident. Back then there was only about 2 physios and 2 receptionists. Everyone was always so friendly and they constantly check in to see if you're going OK. Miles and Carlos are amazing at what they do and the girls who work at the front were always so kind and willing to chat while you waiting for your appointment. I was sad when my coverage was over because it was as if these people had become friends and I looked forward to our weekly conversations. It was impeccably clean every time I was in there and the place looks very modern. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and neighbours.
