I regularly receive massage therapy for multiple conditions, tried 2 other places in Kelowna before I tried Restore, and was able to book an appointment with Kiera in good time. I highly doubt I will have to look elsewhere for massage while I reside here. Kiera is always friendly and pleasant no matter what time of day, answers any questions you might have kindly and informatively, and she consistently gives a great relaxing massage. Restore also provides a couple different kinds of tea in the waiting room, is relaxing and very quiet 92% of the time depending on the time of day and who is around, and their email option makes booking my appointments incredibly convenient for me. Overall, Restore gets two thumbs up from me.

Mediocre at best, Masseuse spent 20+ minutes massaging neck in 1 hour massage, you’d feel, this is to run the time down without putting much physically effort on other parts of body where you requested him to work on.

Prior to COVID19, I booked a prenatal massage with Ashley and it was excellent. I was having a lot of lower back pain and had some strained muscles. After one session with Ashley, the pain was resolved. She has the proper equipment and training to safely work with expectant mothers and I would highly recommend her.

I went to Restore for 2 MVA related injuries. Luke has helped me recover from both injuries and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Luke helped me to increase my mobility in my SI joint, release tension and help relieve sciatic pain. Luke listened to all my concerns and put together a plan to help me recover. Highly recommend! The clinic itself is beautiful, clean and makes you feel right at home.

I have been seeing Luke for the past few months for major back and neck pain from a car accident. He has been the only treatment that has given me any relief. The office is clean, quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere. In all the years of seeing RMT he has been the best. Would recommend him and his clinic to others. Hands down the best.

Great Massage! Thank you Kiera More for the massage. It was my first massage and it was enjoyable. Was ouchie for some of the massage but that is for sure expected and it was just the right amount of pressure. I forgot the receptionists name but overall the staff and the massage therapist was friendly and made the experience great (not to mention their rates are really good). I hope to get another massage again. Thank you again!

I have recently started seeing Michael for treatment regarding chronic musculoskeletal issues. I looked and phoned around searching for a massage therapist that would deal with the issues from a practical standpoint as I was not interested in the conventional 60-minute aromatherapy massage that would leave me feeling pleasant for a few hours/days but leave me with no noticeable change. I was looking for long term results and that is what I have got from my treatments from Michael. My pain and discomfort have decreased dramatically while my range of motion and overall quality of life have improved.

I have been seeing Luke for several years. Why? He has always treated me with the utmost care. He is very knowlegeable incorporating his massage degree with his physio experience. He is thorough in his approach providing me with a great massage incorporating a variety of massage techniques to fit my specific issues. Before he even gets started with the massage he briefly evaluates my body mechanics to determine the best approach for my specific body needs. He asks me questions and checks my body movements. It is all very personalized for me. He always listens to my concerns. Finally, after the massage he helps me by making suggestions with an exercise or stretch to avoid the same muscle problems that I had. Recently, I had knee surgery and Luke has been instrumental in my recovery. With Luke's help I now have a fully functional knee and see a fitness instructor. Linda
