I have made my appointment with Raynor last week. And the massage time is 10am-11am deep tissue. After I dropped my daughter to day care, declined the job to work today, paid one and half hour parking fee, but it is closed. Without noticing me! Call the Number no one picked up the phone. So frustrated. So irresponsible. A simple call advance to change the schedule if you r not open would be more comforting. Update---yesterday I got this call from Terry who apologized the experience I had last week. (ps a bit more background last week--After around 46 minutes waiting I got a callback from a lady who said she slept in and asked me to go back and do the massage on me at 11am so I went back and had around 40-45 mins massage and heard all about her complaining her sickness and back pain). Again so Terry offered me another experience with them for free to change my opinion. It was a sincere invitation so I accept it today. Jane did it on me and she is excellent. Very impressive. I feel so relaxed even I fell asleep. She is professional. I had severe neck and shoulder pain and now I can feel it's more light now. Really appreciated. I also received a pain release gift from Terry at the end. I think they are taking massage service seriously and deserves a comeback.

I partnered with Terry Masson of Raynor Massage on several occasions. Raynor massage is unique as it combines several methods. I found the massage effective for treating my muscle pain. The breathing techniques that they use with their massage techniques are effective and the therapists are professional.

Forgot to lower the volume on my phone for alarm and the jolt out of bed hurt something fierce! 3 weeks and still every morning my left shoulder/neck was hurting! Well....I was a bit skeptical but after only ONE amazing massage....it is now gone! My hubby and I made the trip out to Kelowna for the Myra Canyon Tressle ride via cycle....and we had massage prior- we both were pain free for the ride and now am weeks later....BOTH of our muscle pains are gone! Thanks so much Reynor Massage! Highly HIGHLY recommend! The therapeutic technique with deep breathing does wonders!

Edit: I was offered a complimentary massage and it was a decent experience. Although it wasn't my style I do believe that if someone wants a cheaper massage and uses Raynor on the regular that this would probably be a good and deeper work than a relaxing massage. Original Review: 1 Star So i got to my appointment and the door was locked... sign on the door saying if it's locked that they're with a client... Ok... So i wait 30 minutes. I email them saying i had an appointment at 3, it's now 3:30 and I don't have time anymore for 1.5 hour massage and i leave (having paid for 2 hours of parking already). I get an email 8 minutes later saying sorry, people were late and that the door is open now... how ridiculous. I'm pretty sure the people who are late should be cut short and/ or call the next client to see if they have time to start/Stay late. This problem could have been much more easily smoothed over if I was offered an apology and compensation for wasting my time.

I received a groupon coupon to Raynor massage for my birthday. I have been trying to get a hold of them to make an appointment and have had no luck getting a hold of anyone or receiving a call back. I have called multiple times, left messages, emailed and completed their online contact form that said they would respond in 24 hours. If it weren’t for having a coupon for their service I would never consider going here ever! Terrible customer service, and apparently they do not want my money! There are plenty of massage therapists in town that would be happy to help you , I would recommend any of them over Raynor massage

I had a deep tissue massage with Terry last week and he did an amazing job. Really worked out some tough kinks in my back and neck and a few on my legs that I didn’t even know existed! I purchased a groupon to try out Raynor for a deep tissue massage. I booked my apt via email on Sept 17th and had it sorted and confirmed. Attended to an empty waiting room. A flyer on the counter said to have a seat, fill out the intake form and someone would be with you shortly. So I did. I had arrived 10 min prior to my scheduled apt time. While waiting, I kept hearing someone yell out “F***” in a number of different capacities in an ajoining room. I called the desk to see if the ringing would bring anyone to the front. Still nothing. After 15-20 minutes after my scheduled apt I decided to leave as clearly this is a place that offers much more then a massage. For those looking for a little pain with your pleasure, this sounded like it’ll be the place for you! Enjoy!

If you haven't experienced a Raynor Massage you're missing out! Your options for massage are anywhere from a light relaxing massage to a true deep tissue massage! I personally go for the deep tissue massage. If you're ever sitting in the waiting room while I'm getting my massage I'll apologize now because you will hear me scream time to time! If it's your first time at Raynor don't let this scare you off, everyones experience is different! We are asked through out our massage what level of pain we are at and if we can handle more. Its in fact the best massage I have ever had!
