Healthy All Day Long

Allison is an excellent RMT. I have seen her for various injuries/ pain points and she has always been able to ease my discomfort. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the body and the muscles that need to be treated. She even gave me after care and sent me away with different exercises and stretches to do to help. The space at OKGN Wellness is very professional, tidy and clean. And very relaxing and calming. I would highly recommend.

I booked in for the first time with Allison for a 60 min massage and it was great. I always have my doubts going to someone new as I'm pretty particular and have a few injuries. Allison is extremely competent, i have a injury history so have had many therapeutic massages over the last 20 years probably numbering in the100's. Allison Blanchette is the best that i have ever had the privilege to recieve a treatment from. It was thorough and she very cognizant of her pressure and checking in constantly that I was comfortable. I am a long time believer in Massage Therapy and I have seen Allison for years, so I decided to try Cranial-Sacral Therapy (CST). CST is less “invasive” than massage in that it’s slower and less pressure is used; Allison places her hands in specific spots and holds them there, then moves to different areas. At first it didn’t feel like much but then I could feel things shifting and my muscles relaxing. At the end of the session I feel calm and my sore spots have resolved, sometimes areas that I didn’t even realize were sore or tight feel better. It’s been extremely effective in relieving neck pain and headaches. I would highly recommend Allison for Cranial-Sacral Therapy and for Massage Therapy.

I’ve been seeing Allison for about 5 years now and she’s very knowledgeable and competent in her field and always asks how I’m feeling afterward.
