Matt Longman is the best RMT I've ever been to see. He really listens and uses his vast years of experience to help your body heal. Not only is he a whiz with muscles, he also gives advice on stretches and exercises you can do at home to further your healing. He is kind, funny, easy to get comfortable with and professional. His help after my car accident has been the foundation of my recovery. I can't recommend him enough!

I have some long term damage from a minor MVA when I was young. I didn't realize how bad it was until the folks at Ethel St. pointed out that I couldn't turn my head in a normal range of motion etc. Needless to say they've done miracles fixing things so I can even go so far as to piggy-back my kids etc. I was impressed not only by the results I got from my treatments but with the kindness and professionalism offered by the staff.

I was in Kelowna for the day and was able to get a last minute spot with Matthew Longman. The hour session made the world of difference to my aching back and was able to function well at work the next day. He also gave me some great stretches which i continue to do to prevent the spasms.
