I had an appointment with Jamie today. It was phenomenal. I had a great massage, and feel like a million bucks afterwards. After getting such a thorough massage from Jamie, I realised I had been getting poor service at other establishments I had visited in the past. Embody provides a top notch experience! Highly, Highly recommend. My spouse is booking an appointment for next week, and my friends and colleagues are interested in switching from their RMT to Embody. Definately going to incorporate Embody Massage Therapy into my regular wellness routine. Payment was simple as well. They bill directly to many Insurance providers, and also have the option to save your credit card to file which I prefer.

Over the last few years I have been searching for a massage therapist who would dive in deep. Every massage therapist I have seen says they, "Don't want it to be more painful than an approximate 7 out of 10." However, I wanted a massage that was stronger than a 7 out of 10 in pain, give me 10s across the board - a massage that would have lasting effects and not simply a massage where they would press here and there lightly and say it was for my own good and for proper treatment that they were not willing to massage more deeply. I googled "myofascial release Kelowna" and was able to find Embody, and the epic RMT that is Michael Sokalski. Michael has been willing to go as deeply and intensely as I desire and offers a massage in a clean, calm space that I feel extremely relaxed and comfortable in. I feel blessed to have finally found a massage therapist in Kelowna who offers exactly what I am looking for to overcome some deeply rooted tension and musculoskeletal issues I have been facing for over half my life.
