After decades of mountain ultra running, and repeated strain on soft tissue, as a Master endurance athlete I needed Shane's help and expertise to sort out "issues" and niggles in my calf muscles and Achilles tendon areas. Shane has an incredible knowledge of human anatomy, and the ability to detect and correct problems. He instantly instilled confidence in his abilities and assured me that,"we will work this out!" And, indeed he did and continues to keep my muscles and tendons free of "knots' and scar tissue to allow me to continue to enjoy the endurance activities that are important to me. I've been seeing Shane for over a year following an MVA, and several sports injuries (1 serious with multiple fractures, rock climbing). When I found Shane my function and range of motion was the worst ever, my spirits were low, and my pain was quite high. I wasn't coping and lost confidence that I would be able to do the sports I love again. With patience and regular RMT, my strength and flexibility is even better than pre-injury! With maintenance RMT I'm still in the game!! I'm doing the sports I love again. I'm quite grateful. Looking forward to an epic 2021 ???? Thanks Shane.

I saw specialists from the Texas Rangers and Vancouver Canucks that were unable to diagnose and treat my chronic shoulder/arm pain. It wasn't until I saw Shane that I got diagnosed and treated properly. Without him I never would have played baseball again. I can't say enough about not only his skill as an RMT, but his character as well. He is amazing at what he does and I strongly recommend him to everyone.

Great stuff here. I've been going for about a year. And I always leave feeling very sore. Which means I'm getting a great massage. I like the fact that they bill to Blue Cross directly and I only paid the difference if there is a difference to pay.

Been going to see Shane for about 9 years now, as I get chronic injuries from sports and lifting. Never been disappointed with the service as the issue is diagnosed and treated with purpose. (no fluffing around to waste your time) It may be painful, but you always feel better after and get back to regular life quickly especially when following exercise, stretch, and heating/cooling directions. Great place to go for a good atmosphere and professional service.

This is the first massage place I have gone to that you don't get a massage for the time you pay for. My first visit was 45 minutes for $90, my massage was under 30 minutes. My second was 30 mins for $60 and I got a 20 min massage. Seems you pay them for time spent taking your pants off and then back on again. And for filling out their form.

I absolutely love Jessie!!!! I went there for my neck from a car accident and she worked her magic. I highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.. sports injury?? This is the place to go. All the staff are friendly and amazing. Always make you feel welcome ans care about your well being. Hands down best place in town.

I’ve been going to Twin Valley Wellness for several years and intend to for many more. I highly recommend Jessie, as she has helped me with my various sport related injuries and has helped me find stretches that are best suited for me. Very peaceful atmosphere and by far the comfiest massage table! :)

The best thing I did for myself 6 years ago was take someone's advice and book an appointment with Shane. I walked in the door and he immediately diagnosed my torn rotator cuff, which my GP had missed. And then proceeded with time and expertise to fix it. Shane has put me back together and continues to keep me mobile thru car accidents, bad fall's, riding mishaps, wear, tear and general older age complaints. If it wasn't for this clinic I doubt I would lead the active life I do today. Thank you Shane and your colleagues for all you continue to do for me. If you are reading this review because you are undecided where to go, I recommend this clinic wholeheartedly. You won't be disappointed.

I have been going here for many years now and love the service. I see Jessie Lynxleg and she's fantastic! She always asks what needs work and if there's nothing in particular she gives a fantastic once over. I love that you can book an appointment online or when you're finished your appointment they set you up to come back. I also love that Jessie has good music playing throughout the hour not that "spa music"

No matter what my ailment he takes the time to listen and figure out the root and treat the area accordingly. I will be going to her for both ICBC and non-icbc issues, I wont go and see anyone else.
