After only 3 chiropractic treatments with Dr. Silvey Mills and I am feeling better than I have in ages. She takes a lot of time and care. She asks the right questions and then teaches about how a multiple little habbits can add up and create certain results. She sets up a treatment plan for the best possible recovery. This was my first time at Total Health (while on business in Kamloops) via a friends' recommendation, and I'm glad I booked a one hour massage with Tara Hanes. First impressions when walking in is that they are definitely friendly and welcoming. I showed up a few minutes early prior to my appointment since I knew there was a form to fill out. The front desk girls make you feel very welcomed and they are super friendly and accommodating. My one hour massage experience was unforgettable. I think I even fell asleep during the session (so embarrassed) and I definitely didn't want to leave after my 60 minutes. It's rare that I'm able to relax or even snooze with a complete stranger around, so that tells you about how Tara makes you feel at ease. She hit all the right pressure points and kneaded all my tension spots. She's definitely very talented and skilled at RMT and actively listens to you during your initial consultation as to what's ailing/hurting you. I wouldn't hesitate coming back here and would definitely recommend Tara. Thanks again!

Dr. Bradwell offers a free 10 min phone consult. We set an appt. for the call and rearranged our schedule to accommodate it. It was three weeks in the future. Call came through and after describing what we needed Dr. Bradwell informed us she was not taking any more patients. Why the hell didn't they tell us that when we set up the appt. How arrogant and inconsiderate. Why didn't she tell us that at the start of the call. We wasted three weeks waiting when we could have been getting treatment somewhere else.

Front desk staff has gone way downhill. My review does not reflect the abilities of the professionals who work here ( they are great) just the administration staff. Two middle aged women who clearly hate their jobs /lives.
