My wife and I were regular clients of Saira's while she was serving the Vancouver/Burnaby area. I was new to Massage Therapy but Saira was both extremely friendly, helpful, and could pin-point there areas where I needed the most work. If you're new to MT, Saira doesn't rush things, will explain the stuff she's doing, and will give suggestions on exercises you can do on your own. Definitely recommend.
