Nice of you to do your job Dr Pasula!!! I hurt my thumb back in November 2017. Seen Dr Pasula and he took a" look "at it and MIS-diagnosis me with artherits. Been having extreme pain lately and saw my nurse yesterday, she took xrays and discovered i have a old fracture in my thumb that was never treated back in November. I'm not impressed and will NEVER go back to this walk in clinic as long as I'm alive. I recommend any other place. Avoid this Dr at all costs....as he will cause you problems in the future.

The office is nice and tidy, and the receptionists get the job done, though they aren't the friendliest. Dr. Pasula however does as little work as he can, as quickly as he can, in hopes of getting you out of his office ASAP so he can cram another appointment in. If getting to the root of your problems requires time and effort, rather than a prescription, he will likely give you the cold shoulder. Unless you're a man. I've heard nothing but good reviews from the men I know who have seen him. The women all have similar complaints as I do. He will not touch you if he can help it. No wonder was so quick to defend places with bad reviews. It seems he has plenty and with good reason. I haven't utilized any other service this place offers, but I'm warning you, don't go to the clinic if you really want answers. They're only in it for the payout. I'm not surprised the other clinics in town are lined up or the door. Nobody wants to have their time wasted at this place.

The team at Kinetic are awesome! My wife and I have gone here for years: initially for the walk in clinic (before Covid), but now we go for the Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services. The receptionists are friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. The RMT’s are friendly and do amazing work (shout out to Matt!) and Dr. Roy does wonders for my wife! The place is always clean and welcoming! We recommend to all our friends.

The place in general i rate at 5 stars. I love there setup and holistic approach to healthcare..Most of the staff seem great, I really like the little guy doctor ect..but my reason for the 3 star is all because of the shorter physio guy. I was paying him out of my own pocket for sessions which started well..but the more sessions i had with him the less actual time he spent with me. I finally had enough of paying him $60+ an hour to watch him visit with his coworkers 90% of the time i paid him to work with me. Felt totally disrespected, Huge dissappointment and never went back to him. Id reccomend it for everything but that one dude though.

People that are here need to get a grip. The reviews on here are absurd. I have been going to this doctor for a long time now and recently started massage. I have nothing but kind things to say about the people at this facility right down to how kind the receptionists are. This town is hurting for doctors and health practitioners and I think he is doing just fine. Most people do go to walk in clinics these days and coming here has made it feel more family doctor like. I see the same doctor every time who has taken the time to get to know me over the past little while. I remember one time I had to get a prescription that I couldn’t afford and he gave me a sample pack from his office for a nose spray so I didn’t have to pay for it. Like I said give your head a shake i have been very thankful for this doctor, people obviously haven’t seen real city downtown walk in clinic doctors.

Been there a few times with no problems. I do find the receptionists a little cold. I didn’t see the note on the door, and got snapped at cause they were full. I just needed a refill on a prescription, and still continued to get snapped at. If you don’t like your job choice, then find another career. Sorry that medication is important.

Kinetic is very safety conscious and goes above and beyond to meet and exceed COVID protocols. I had a one hour massage session with Amanda and she was fantastic! Sadly she has no more availability until the New Year but fortunately her co-worker, Carly does, so I will be back. Two thumbs up and five stars for Kinetic! Thank you!!

Before opening this clinic the doctor Pasula had issues at the other clinics he worked as many patients complained about his lack of ethics and poor service. I had no idea this was his clinic until I walked in and saw him one day in which he just stared inappropriately and gave me the creeps. The reception did not know their job well and the massage therapist was rude. Anyone who spoke up if something did not go as should have and tried to get their needs met was told not to come back which shows what they think of people and show lack of respect and quality care. If there was not such a need for doctors he would be out of business. Also I have witnessed the doctor taking his dogs into the clinic with him on Saturdays to use the gym.

Absolutely disgusted with how the ladies at the front desk treat patients. I watched them deny a women her benefit plan because they hadn't yet set up a direct deposit with her company (which is a crucial part of their job). The women made it very clear that she didn't have enough money to pay for her appointment up front and seemed to be in a lot of pain. The ladies at the desk informed her that they could do nothing and if she couldn't pay for her appointment she would have to pay the cancellation fees... Unethical, rude, and pathetic, are three words that come to mind when I think about how these ladies treat patients. Highly suggest going elsewhere!!

i have been a customer here since they opened. the staff have always been super friendly and helpful. i have seen the doctor on a couple occasions and found him to be very personable and eager to get me the help i need,( not just get me in and out like some other walk in clinics). i regularly see a couple of the RMT's and see Roy the Chiropractor as often as possible. my health is better because of there dedication to my wellness. very highly recommend this place.

My hubby and I saw Dr. Rodrigues (Chiro), and we are very impressed! We got a thorough assessment and complete back adjustment. He is the first chiropractor who has been able to adjust both sides of my Hubby's neck. Kudos Dr. Rodrigues!!

Been here twice after seeing many doctors in town and the doctor here whose name I can't remember is awesome! He remembered what I was in for last time without me even reminding him and he actually listens to your problems which is really nice and he has suggestions to help you with whatever is wrong! Only walk in clinic I will go to in town now and I'm gonna be doing physio pretty soon because I broke my leg unfortunately so I'll probably come here for that to because I like you guys. I just went for.my first appointment at Kinetic Energy for physio therapy on a back injury. I forgot my benefits information on the kitchen counter at home prior to the appointment. Upon arrival to the appointment they informed me that cancelling my appointment was all they would be able to help me with today as they would not allow me to make the five minute drive home, before or after the appointment, to grab the printout with the information they require. After waiting for a week for an appointment and booking time off work just to be turned away over a document that is mere.minutes away from their location is pathetic customer service. I will NOT be returning to Kinetic Energy.

I specifically got a doctor's note to cover a massage by my medical only for the receptionist to fail to tell me I wasnt booked with a registered masseuse. So I still had to pay....and got attitude with it. Not impressed with the front receptionist. Rest of the staff are friendly though

I love the the fitness classes!!! The Instructors read the participants and help them push through to suceed. I find Dr. Pasula sincere and not the kind of Dr. to write you a prescription just to get you out the door!!! The massage therapist Elaine was the first therapist I delt with in Kamloops and I highly recommend her. I had a sports injury and she was great to assist with the rehab.

I have a regular massage therapist that I go to, but when she was away, i booked with a couple of the ladies here. It was seamless. I was able to get same day appointments. The direct billing was a huge bonus. I would recommend these ladies even if you've got a regular. The front staff was able to tell me which of the girls would be the best for my shoulder injury and book accordingly.

Horrible experience. Middle- aged receptionist yelled at me for not taking my shoes off when I entered. Not even a 'hello", 'how are you? Furthermore ,she snaps at me to say that the clinic was closed.I was actually there to see a physiotherapist and not the medical clinis She didn't even have the courtesy to ask me what I was there for before jumping to conclusions. I sat there, waiting for her to acknowledge me as a customer once I took my shoes off.She did not. I ended up walking out.Sorry, if I'm going to spend my hard earned money somewhere I expect respect,courtesy, and good customer service from a professional establishement.This was a very negative experience.
