I don't think I can accurately put into words how much BlueWhite Health has helped me. I have dealt with health issues (both physical and mental) for almost a decade. For that decade, I was under the impression that my only relief would come from prescriptions. A couple months ago I was introduced to Dr. Wu by my employer, who is a strong believer in Chinese medicine, and the rest is history. After only a couple sessions of acupuncture/massage and the use of Chinese herbs, I am honestly a completely different person. Although I am still in the "recovery" process, I am already so blown away at how much I've changed (for the better). I cannot thank both of the practitioners enough for all they've done and continue to do for me. I will definitely be recommending BlueWhite Health to everyone I know.

The doctors here are excellent. They are in tune with your needs after the first session and care about your recovery. It is a relaxing environment and the front staff are pleasant. You leave here feeling so refreshed. Note that after acupuncture you should take a few minutes to re-find yourself because you can be so disoriented in your relaxation.

A true blessing and health-gem in Kamloops, B.C. My first visit to Blue White Health was in the Fall of 2017. I tried everything to help recover from a bad neck injury and concussion until hearing of Thera and Mike's clinic from a friend. I am very open to trying new health approaches and my initial visit far exceeded my expectations! Thera allowed me to share, in a safe environment, all of the symptoms and matters that concerned me. I never felt rushed. It was such an incredible feeling to be heard and see how it all tied together once Thera listened to my story. I could tell that every question weaved into the big picture. I then received my first treatment after the consultation. Afterwards, I noticed immediate improvement of at least 40% just from one session. From there, each session helped bring me back to normal. I feel so happy that I finally found a health treatment to relieve the pain, stress, and constant aches I was experiencing daily. In my course of sessions and treatments, I received acupuncture, cupping, acupoint injection, and tui-na massage. Any ailments that arose subsequent to my neck treatment such as hip and back injuries from sports were healed and the pain taken away. Thera and Mike work together like a "dream team". There's no better way of explaining it. I believe in the work that they provide each of their clients. It has been such a blessing in my life. The clinic itself is so warm, comfortable, open, and inviting. You are truly treated with the utmost respect in their caring and healing environment. Hands down the best acupunture I have had so far. I have been to three other acupunturists with some success. Thera is thorough and thoughful. She asked me questions no one providing health care has ever asked and could guess other issues that are related and I never knew. Thera's accuracy for finding the points of insertion were amazing. Other acupunturists went by the book knowledge, Thera uses her intuition as well as checking in with me to see she is hitting the right spot, she doesn't just assume based on a diagram.

I have also done the Dermapen treatment and my facial complexion has never been better. My blemishes and scarring are so minimal that I don’t wear much make up at all. I can not say enough good things about the treatment that I have received here!! Prior to my first appointment at Blue White Health, I was in complete agony for over 2 months with severe pain (tennis elbow) which had a detrimental impact on my life and my ability to work. I tried rest, massage, anti inflammatories and various creams with zero relieve. The pain became so severe that I had minimal use of my hand. Picking up a glass off the counter set me into excruciating pain. Thankfully I was referred to Thera and Mike for the most life changing treatment!!! After two appts, my pain was decreased by 90% and I am back to full use of my arm and hand. I will continue to follow their recommended treatment plan so that I heal completely. Thera and Mike are lovely, knowledgeable, and extremely competent in their practice! I’m so incredibly grateful for their services!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and caring is how I would describe treatment I received at BlueWhite Health. I initially went to the clinic because of a knee injury which necessitated the use of a cane. I'm extremely pleased to say that after a few acupuncture and massage treatments, I no longer require a cane. I was also experiencing other health concerns for which a blend of Chinese herbs was prepared. I have also had a good result from that treatment. I would highly recommend BlueWhite Health to others. The Blue and White Clinic has been an amazing support to me for the last four years, since my car accident in 2018. From the moment you make your appointment with Thera's receptionist Courtney. Thera is very intuitive, professional and knowledgeable with many different forms of treatment depending on what you require on the day of your visit. She so precise and knows exactly where the acupuncture treatments are required and combining them with her other acquire treatments such as shockwave therapy, cupping etc. Thera as helped manage my ongoing chronic pain so it is more manageable. Thera is a very kind sincere doctor and very passionate about her career. Highly highly recommend this clinic, we are very fortunate to have the Blue and White Clinic within our community.
