My partner and I absolutely adore this spa. The atmosphere and experience they have cultivated here is absolutely exceptional. Isabelle is such a kind, lovely host every time we are there and all of the practitioners are fantastic. We do a full couples retreat every six months and it always feels like it’s not a moment too soon. The sauna, the rain shower, the foot soak, facial, massage, and delicious chocolate covered strawberries are absolutely heavenly. Already looking forward to our next session together at Aina.

I experienced the Raindrop Massage yesterday afternoon with De'Chante and it was quite possibly the best therapeutic massage I've ever received. From the moment I walked into the spa I was greeted with friendly, thorough and professional service. The spa's receptionist was very thorough and professional when explaining their safety protocols related to COVID-19, as was De'Chante. When it came to the actual service, De'Chante was exceptional. Not only did she communicate clearly and knowledgeably throughout the service but she also performed skillfully. I think the very best feedback I can give is that following the massage, I was so relaxed and my head was so clear, I walked home without headphones in, just taking in the fresh air and positive vibes I was feeling. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I will 1000% be back!

Very disappointing experience for such an expensive spa. I received a gift certificate for my birthday. They will not book an appointment without securing it with you gc and credit card and if you don't give 48 hours notice you pay. They are extremely arrogant about this. When I went for my pedicure the prices were 10% higher than the brochure that came with my gift. On top of the increases one has to struggle to park and pay for that too! When asked about quality of service, they do not offer guarantee the pedicure will last a week.....I sure hope my $89 pedicure lasts as long as my $45 one. Needless to say I'm never going there again and do not recommend this spa

I took my mom here on May 27th for the "Taste of Spa" and everything about it was incredible. Wonderful customer service, and very respectful and friendly massage therapists. Shara was my therapist, and she did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and at ease. The hot stones were my favourite! Amazing job ladies!

I highly recommend this spa to anybody looking for a day of complete relaxation and bliss. I have returned to this spa for a variety of treatments, ranging from pedicures to sugaring, massages or couples treatments and have never been disappointed! The price that you pay directly reflects the service that you receive. A bonus - it’s organic! I do miss the RMT services, and hope to see this come back soon! Love, love, love this spa!!

Lovely decor, vibe & merchandise. Would return again based on the attention to detail and overall feel of spa, however mediocre massage & service. Been to many spas & had many relaxation massages and this does not compare, especially at this price point. Essential oil scent seemed off (almost stale smelling). No check in on pressure during massage. Once finished, massage therapists were nowhere to be found! Had to walk ourselves out. Never asked how it was, how we felt afterwards or offered water. Little things that make the difference. Loved the hot stones and warmed towels.

I had a really great experience here! The staff were super friendly and the spa had a nice atmosphere overall. I had my arms sugared for the first time with Kendra and she was amazing. I love my results. Will definitely be going back.

My niece and I did the couples " a taste of spa" . Chocolate dipped strawberries to start, foot soak and scrub. Full body massage, hot towels, the pressure they used was spot on. I felt like I had traveled to another planet of relaxation. Oooh and the hot stones were my fav! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic! Had a prenatal massage and was greeted at the door. Lovely shop out front with local products. Service was just what I needed after 31 weeks of pregnancy. Left feeling far too relaxed to drive and had to hang out in my car for a bit. Very nice cozy spa environment. The massage therapist was lovely and did a fantastic job!

I used to come here regularly while on work trips pre-covid and was excited to come back again today. There was a miscommunication with my booking, via email, and when I brought it up at the end there was zero compromise or understanding. I was made to feel as if it was my fault and told numerous times that there were lots of people responding to my emails. A very "oh well" attitude, which is too bad because this used to be one of the highlights of my work trips and ways I relaxed. The person who did my nails was very calm, friendly and did a great job but I can't say I'd return after the customer service response I received from the front desk.

A couple of weeks ago, I received the worst massage I have ever had. As a long term customer of this spa, I have had many favorable previous massage treatments. After the horrible customer service I received recently, I will no longer be giving my business to this place nor recommending it. I was booked for a wellness massage in which the practitioner failed to communicate, nor did she massage in a relaxing way. There were many things wrong with this treatment. The next morning after my wellness massage, I was in pain and had bruises over my body, prompting me to contact management. Who dismissed all my issues minus the bruises but asked for photos of them. I then sent pictures of my bruises and never received a response and was never contacted again. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I would not recommend wasting your time nor money at this place.

I had a gel manicure done and within days it started to chip off. I now have 3 chips in my nails, and there are creases and cracks on others. When I was there I could see through the polish on my thumb a little bit, but didn't bother making a fuss over one nail. Then when I had left and went outside I saw that 5 of my 10 nails didn't get enough polish so you could see through it. I was disappointed that the gel polish was so thin. Three coats were used and it still wasn't enough. I was also disappointed that this wasn't noticed by the nail tech and corrected. I was guaranteed 3 weeks but I haven't even had them done for 1 week and the polish is chipping, cracking and coming off. The cost was also very high. I was excited to use a more eco-friendly polish with way less chemicals, but it is poor quality from my experience, yet I paid more for this than I have for any other nail service (including getting extensions). The business itself was very beautiful and relaxing but there are better places to get your nails done that will actually last you 3 weeks and you'll pay less, too. Very sad this didn't work out, as I got them done for a wedding.

I’d like to start by saying de’Chante is wonderful. I kept going back because of her and only her. I’ll follow up by saying ownership/management is a complete joke and the fact that they demanded proof of a surgery I had even though I cancelled my appointment 5 days prior (and their policy is 24hr prior for cancellations) and threatened to charge me anyway. Despicable. I get that the customer isn’t always right but to say I’m a liar and demand proof ? That’s illegal. I’m sure you’ve had you’re share of no shows but do better. I won’t go back. I won’t refer you to anyone as I had previously said and In fact I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know how unprofessional the owner is and how awful she is to clients. Sorry de’Chante. I’ll miss you and our chats while I get my self care appointments done but I just can’t support a business that’s ran in such a less than professional way. 10/10 do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

Amazing spa experience! Went here for my first time while on a short vacation in Kamloops and I was so pleased with everything! Atmosphere was perfect, couples massage was lovely and relaxing, and De'Chante gave me the most amazing, relaxing facial - my skin is still glowing! Left with a new moisturizer too because the products felt awesome. Thank you!

The atmosphere was lovely and my daughter enjoyed her massage, but I found the young woman at the desk disinterested. My daughter’s appointment ran longer than I expected and I waited for more than 20 minutes. Not only was I not acknowledged but when , near the end of my wait, I asked if I might use their washroom, I was told they don’t allow the general public to use their washrooms. Now if I had just walked in off the street, would understand but ...Not only was I surprised at the refusal but also at the tone in which it was delivered. She seemed more interested in her computer than anything else. Neither my daughter or I will be recommending this spa simply because of this young woman’s attitude.

My friend and I had pedicures. Theirs turned out ok. Mine turned out terrible. My feet look like they were never touched a week later. I emailed them to let them know with pics and they said they would have their manager contact me. Still no response two weeks later. Most expensive pedicure I’ve ever had and the worst results. Boo ????

Over rated. After using many spa's in Kamloops and this one thinks they are so high end I was disappointed. The pedi I had was no better then the rest and the the window was left open so i was annoyed with the outside noise. The attendant was not helpful and for what i paid i expected better service. I was trying them to decide on the membership but after this forgot it. I even called to find out about the membership and they couldn't tell me properly regarding the details.
