I have been seeing Stephe Tate at this clinic routinely for ~ 2 years. He is one of the best massage therapist I have ever seen. I myself work as a physical therapist and am continuously amazed by his knowledge, his passion to learn more, and his professional application of his skills. This clinic is a very nice space- it is clean, quiet and an ideal location to tune out and de-stress/relax. I highly recommend seeing Stephe for massage. He has the knowledge and skills to assist people with recovery and relaxation.

Just came from another excellent massage with Christian Prieb. Remarkable. I climb stairs and row often so need mostly deep work on my legs and arms. He knows his muscle anatomy well and as he works around the body, asks if the pressure is ok or any changes needed (and that is the only time he speaks). Pays attention to details such as warm blanket on back, pillow supports in right places and seems very sensitive to where he needs to work. Super.

Really great clinic! I have been a client at body balance for over a year and highly recommend all of their practitioners. It has a really peaceful energy and very knowledgeable staff. I have been to many clinics and seen many massage therapists and body balance has by far the most diversity as far as treatments and expertise. I highly recommend this clinic!

Deep tissue mssages with Stephen are always fantastic. He always attends to your specific complaints and anything he incidentally discovers as "problem areas": all of which are relevant to the symptons I'm experiencing. He gauges his pressure by your tolerance of the "pain", and I honestly find he is the only massage therapist that Ive ever had that has been both strong enough and confident enough to push through my discomfort for my maximum benefit. He often will extend the appointment time by a bit if he is available and he is determined to work on one particular stubborn area, to resolution (rarely requesting additional compensation). He always gives relevant and helpful stretches and exercises to do at home after the treatment, to give you the most recovery potential. Overall, a very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and skillful massage therapist! Would highly recommend his services for anyone who especially finds most massage therapists a bit too delicate to be truly efficacious.

I have been going to this establishment for over 7 years now, they are amazing at what they do! I usually go to Serina and she is absolutely amazing! I recently hurt my neck and shoulder but couldn't get in with Serina right away so decided book with Francesco since he had spots available and he was amazing as well, he was able to help get rid of the pain within the hour session. Highly recommend both of these massage therapists!!!!

It is an absolutely amazing experience every time I go. Christian Prieb is a wizard with his hands, I have gone with multiple back injuries due to my line of work and Christian has been able to fix me up as good as new and get me back to work. I have also seen him with no issues and walked out feeling like I was long overdue for an appointment. Christian is kind, professional and very accommodating. The facility is also clean, quiet and comforting. I would, without a doubt, recommend Christian and Body Balance to anyone in need of a great massage.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Stephen Tate as a massage therapist. He has not only helped my body in so many ways but he is also just a stand up guy. Super down to earth & caring as well as a good sense of humour. On the practice of massage, he has backgrounds in Thai massage & cupping & is amazing with shoulders & hips in my experience. He diagnosed tendinitis in my shoulders that I had no idea I had. It was pretty terrible when he first found it & he got the pain level down from an 8 to a 3 within a couple minutes. He really knows what he's doing. He has provided lasting relief for me. If I see him once I feel better for at least a couple days usually. My body is pretty messed up but he has done amazing things & I could never thank him enough for all the help he has given me. Book with Stephen, you'll be thanking me later!!!! :D

I have only ever seen Tony at Body Balance for therapeutic massages and can say I highly recommend him. Always leave with much less pain than I came in with and sometimes even a couple stretches to ensure it doesn't act up again.

I saw Sandra and it turns out she happens to be the owner of the buisness. This was the first time I truly felt like I received a real professional massage. Sandra taught me a lot about my body and areas I need to work on. She walked me through what she was doing and helped me understand why I felt certain strains on my body. Sandra was very educating as well as confident in her entire staff. I would have no issue seeing any of the therapist as she makes sure all of them are to her high standards. I respect an owner that is confident not only in herself but also the people she brings to her team! Thank you and I will be returning.
