I whent to get a manicure... the lady was in such a hurry she was hurting my hands and the product (nail polish) was in such bad condition. She did not seem to care about my nails. She kept saying how she hated her job and how she hated doing nails specially. She said she didnt get payed enough for nails so she had to go fast to compensate. I made an appointment for a spa manicure and she just painted my nails like a 5 year old would. I was so disapoonted. I could have bought 2 nail polishes for 28$ and would have done a better job 100%

This spa is the place to go to, the service was fantastic, affordable and the venue is very relaxing. Kim is a miracle worker, I have had facials and a peel, I never thought I would be rid of my acne and she was able to diminish some of my scarring as well. The massage therapist is also amazing and very customer service oriented. This place is a little unknown charm in the city and I highly suggest it.

I've been going to Kim for 3 years for waxing. She is the best esthetician I've gone to, she explains what she is doing and why, and I've had long term hair loss results from her hot wax service! She takes the time to make sure I'm satisfied and does the job meticulously. She washes her hands in front of you, and cares to make sure that she is working efficiently and as painlessly as possible. A review mentioned that she doesn't wear gloves: it's important that Kim not wear gloves during a hot wax because she is able to hold down the skin (reduce pain) and work quickly (30 minutes for a full brazillian wax). I highly recommend this spa!

Kim is very disrespectful and RUDE. She has no sense of courtesy. During the service, I asked her that I want a specific type of treatment, she said No. She doesn't know how to treat customers. I will be honest with you. If you want to have good and high quality of facial and spa services, I suggest you to save your money and go somewhere else. I REPEAT SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY WILL TREAT YOU BY RESPECT. I will never come again to this place . Waste of money.

Worst experience getting a brazilian wax. I usually go to another place but because of covid they are very backed up. She didn't use hard wax or suger. She didn't wear any gloves, said her clients prefer to feel the warmth it helps them with the pain(her words). It was very unsanitary!! I usually don't write bad reviews but this was just too much. Very , very bad experience!

Thus was my first time getting my back waxed so not sure how to compare it. She was crazy fast with no hesitation which i really liked. But then when she grabbed a hand full of cooking coconut oil to butter me up with i didn't think it was to weird until the wife said that might be why i got a rash. Like i said it was my first time so who known.
