Diane was very friendly and also flexible considering the circumstances I was under, as I was running a bit late due to slidding my truck into a ditch right before the appointment. Called to reschedule but fortunately she didn't have an appointment right after mine so she waited for me to be towed out then gave a wonderful and well needed massage! Her work place is clean, warm, cozy, inviting , and very relaxing. I also told her that I had a knot the size of a baseball is my shoulder that was debilitating me from doing anything besides lifting a pen, not to mention the pain it caused me. Diane worked it out for me and now I don't feel a thing! Just what the doctor ordered , call her up to book an appointment!
