Had my first appointment with her last night (found out we have mutual friends) and I gotta say, I'm impressed. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and her little clinic is situated in an old, gorgeous home in the heart of Hamilton. She's the first RMT to actually listen to my needs and take my medical history into consideration. I was quite loyal to another clinic for quite a few years, but was getting cancelled on a lot, as well as seeing too many different therapists. I did quite a lot of research this time around and am very happy with how it all went! I pre-scheduled two more appointments with her as well, as I am recovery from quite a bad case of spasmodic torticollis. Can't wait for my next visit!

RMT Elizabeth is by far the best RMT I've had and will no longer be looking for another! I have seen quite a few RMTs due to a re-occurring injury sustained in my teens. When I first went to Elizabeth, I was desperate for a massage, she was so kind to accommodate me as early as she could, and to my availability, which happened to only be in the evening. Something she has continued to do for her clients. Elizabeth listens to your concerns, and takes care to target the area of pain or tenderness as well as explain the other areas she works on and how that will help relieve the issues as well. She has given me stretches to do at home that I have never been provided by any other RMT. I look forward to referring her to more friends and colleagues, as she is truly talented in her profession. Very disappointed. Booked an evening appointment a week prior, and last minute received a text that the appointment was unavailable because she starts work at 9:00 in the morning. I waited almost a full week for a response in regards to confirming the appointment, none of my calls were returned and there was no room left in the voicemail for me to leave a message. I'm in extreme pain and could have had this issue resolved already had I not taken the advice of a friend who recommended Elizabeth so highly. Very unimpressed with this business' professionalism and will be sure to inform anyone who mentions they will be contacting her for an appointment.

Great central location with free parking, relaxing old world charm in the building, she’s great at sharing knowledge about how the body works and why her treatments are effective for what your issues are. I’ve found she makes a big difference in your wellbeing whether you are there for something that hurts or if you’re just in need of relaxation. She’s great at sending reminders to help you book when it’s been a couple months, and somehow they almost always coincide with when I’ve got an ache that needs fixing!
