I had an exceptional massage from Daniel. Super professional, attentive to applying the right pressure based on my personal needs, overall magic! Highly recommend. The only thing that could use improvement are the thin walls of the room as I could hear chatting happening in the reception area. I was able to refocus but it was a bit distracting here and there. This will not prevent me from returning though!

I had gone to Massage Addict (Stoney Creek) for my first ever massage, and was left a bit underwhelmed. So I decided to try a non-franchise place next. Wow! My experience at Ottawa Registered Massage was much better! Friendlier staff, more welcoming/relaxing reception area, and the RMT (Charlene) was better. She asked about the injury I was dealing with, took time to test for pain, and generally worked that area better than the RMT at Massage Addict. Ottawa Registered Massage is highly recommended!

They are really great at what they do. I really enjoyed my session. They pay special attention to specific area if you ask. The lady I had was on her first day of work after moving from another area but there was no complain. A very welcoming atmosphere. Will highly recommend.

I have been going to this place since they've opened and I can only say the best things about it. First of all the place is very clean and Chau - registered massage therapist is the one I see every week. She is very professional in what she does. She uses hot stones and different techniques to help my muscles and my body to relax. I have tried several other massage therapists before, but Ottawa Registered Massage is the best I ever experienced and will only recommend this place to everyone I know. They only deserve 5 star - excellent place to be in when you really in need of a good massage. Ted

This was my first time at Ottawa massage therapy. This place impressed me to the very core. I asked for a full body relaxation massage and to my surprise, in the middle of my massage, my girl used hot stones after loosening up my knots. She kept me super warm (including the heated blanket) The lighting in my room was nicely dimmed, close to dark which I like. She worked almost every part of my body. She worked the full hour (some places cheap out on minutes.. and every minute counts!!) she toweled every part that she massaged. Some places only wipe down your back. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Both my spouse and I absolutely love this place. He prefers the deep tissue massage and I enjoy the relaxation massage using stones. I would highly recommend Ottawa Registered Massage. Very friendly staff from the receptionist to the RMTs. They offer various massage techniques and usually can acconaccomm same day bookings. Charlene is one of my favorites. ;)

They can no longer direct bill through Sunlife as they were abusing the license number of a few of their RMTS - insurance fraud/theft. Sunlife will no longer work with them as a business - also hurts the Registered Massage Therapists as it prevents them from building a clientele. Terrible business practice and they should be ashamed.

I called for a same day appt due to a 3 day headache. The fit me in within an hour. What a clean lovely clinic. Thi, the lady who did my massage was aggressive and loosened up the muscles that were causing me problems. I will definitely be back for a more relaxing massage! Thank you

I wish I could give a 0 star review. They were committing insurance fraud on a regular basis and it actually caught up to them. They've jeopardized the livelihood of a hard working Therapist. Avoid them especially if you have insurance.

This is a beautiful place! Chau Tran is the most effective massage therapist that I have ever crossed paths with. She has magical hands and I'm pretty sure she's a wizard... Kathy and Chau make the environment very welcoming and they even offer candy to you while you are waiting. Kathy is always friendly, positive and on the ball. They are also not pushy in the slightest about getting you to book for your next appointment. They are always on time and the quality of their service is always a 10/10. A 5 star review does not do Ottawa Registered Massage justice. Do yourself a favor and get yourself down there!

So, I've have been wrestling for over 12 years and had the honour of competing at the highest level in the sport of Freestyle Wrestling (National & Provincial Teams). If you know anything about the nature of wrestling, you'd know how physically demanding this sport is and the amount of ware and tare on your body it causes. This means I've tried lots of massage therapy places for my neck and lower back (Injuries), every one of them is very good! But I have never had a massage quite like this one. I swear, the person that massaged me, their hands could break walls (thats how strong they were). But it isn't about strong hands, its the technical side of it that made the massage so impressive. The receptionist was super friendly and really helpful with questions about my benefits.
