I just moved to Hamilton and was looking for a good RMT. I first started going for massage therapy after herniating a disc 15 ears ago. 8 yrs ago I experience Myofascial Pain Syndrome which recently returned. Also herniated my disc again. I have had many RMT's over the past years and Lianne has been the best so far. After 2 sessions I could move freely again. I now see her once or twice a month for on going maintenance. Highly recommend her.

Seriously, if you're hurting for some relief, you won't regret seeing Lianne. First time I've actually felt better during and after a massage. I was referred to get regular massages from my chiropractor after a year of chronic muscle spasms and stiffness so bad I had to have a neck x-ray to rule out serious injury. Turns out my muscles are just that crazy stiff! And Lianne helped me so much with just one session. So heck yes I recommend this place and I'm going back! She is also SO friendly and educated, observing issues about my body before I'd even shared.

Today was my first time visiting a massage therapist and it was an amazing experience. Lianne is very kind, sincere, pleasant and made me feel welcomed as it was my first time. She is very skilled and knowledgeable and used various techniques to relieve me of muscle/body aches, stress and tension. 5 minutes into the massage I knew I would be coming back for more sessions. -Lianne’s Natural Therapy Centre is located in the Heart of Hamilton & Downtown: in an Upscale Building, Lianne is on the 7th floor and the access is with 4 quiet-rapid elevators. Lianne is a charming Chinese middle age lady. The massage table is covered with a fresh cotton sheet , not from paper. Lianne is well knowledgeable in relaxation and treatment massages. I was highly recommended to Lianne following an MVA and for lingering Post Traumatic Radiculopathy in my shoulders,arms and legs.From the first visit I knew I was in the right hands.In less than two month , I’m almost cured.Lianne modest fees and her free advices and generous time are appreciated.I highly recommend her for your well-being and good health.I travel twice weekly 85 km one way for treatment and I plan to keep it up as needed.Please look after yourself. John. ( 81 years young ).

Went there twice and it is unbelievably amazing, better than what I was expecting. The lady owner Lian is so professional and she knows where to press on every muscle that I almsot fell asleep. I felt very relaxed and all my back pain is gone and my shoulders are very relaxed. I have been in many massage parlors in the past but this one is really the best. Highly recommended for sure
