I have been getting Physio Treatments here now for the past 2 months and Can't say enough great things about the facility and the staff here! Being a Cancer survivor and having ongoing issues with bone pain, joint, &muscle pains among others. This place has been a God Sent! I am NOW seeing progress in my physical health, were I feel less pain and more flexibility and comfort to go about my "normal day to day routine. I feel "Physically" comfortable enough now, working out to gain physical strength to build up to that very physically fit person I once was. This has also helped me mentally and emotionally! I have had such a wonderful experience here that now our young 5 year old is coming in too for rehab treatments. Thank You again for Bringing me Relief to be able to LIVE LIFE, as well as being able to work out again and enjoy it! Special thank you to my Physio Therapist Milena, also Gina, Kaitlin and Karen!

I’ve started seeing Gina for lymphatic drainage massage and she is amazing. Gina is certified in lymphatic massage which is rare to find! I’ve recently had surgery and she has definitely helped in my healing process. Gina is knowledgeable and professional. This is hands down the best clinic for lymphatic drainage massage.

Terrible customer service. At first was told that they will charge insurance directly then in the middle of the treatment was ask to provide reference from a doctor. Not a problem, was gonna bring the reference before next appointment but they insisted I pay first. They stopped the treatment half way. Very disrespectful and dumb. Would have gotten reference letter same day. They have no idea how to conduct business.

I've been going to kgc therapy with Julie for chiro for over a year now every 2 weeks because of my back issues. I have never been late and always have had an amazing experience with them. I go today for my bi weekly appointment (really needing this appointment) and was just 5-10 minutes late due to personal issues and they denied me my appointment that takes all of 5 minutes. I am so disgusted with this because I have arrived on time for an appointment before and have had to wait for people ahead of me. Not only that, I am very loyal to them and respect my appointments and try my very best to always arrive on time, but the one time I am just a few minutes late I get turned away. Reading the reviews, clearly this is not the first time they have done this to clients. Life happens and clearly they do not understand that in which pushes clients away.

Front desk very rude with an attitude. No apology for a mistake they made and trying to blame the client. Make sure you arrive super early as they will be calling you at 9:01am asking where you are. Go elsewhere, there is alot of better places in the city.
