I can't recommend Dr. Webb (Naturopath) enough! I started seeing her for trouble with my hormones, and I whole heartedly believe that my husband and I wouldn't be expecting our first baby if it weren't for Dr. Webb! She walked me through my bloodwork results so that I could understand the ins and outs, and she recommended supplements and lifestyle changes that helped so much. She was so empathetic to what I was feeling, and her knowledge and confidence made me feel so at peace and trusting. After only a few months, we saw results and now are 4 months pregnant... all thanks to her!!! I am continuing to see Dr. Webb so that I am confident I am doing the right things during pregnancy... I get more information in one appointment with her than I have so far in 4 months from my family doctor... there is no comparison! I am so thankful for Dr. Webb: she becomes part of your team and you can tell she really cares about you!

I had a very positive experience at Heal under the care of athletic therapist Liam Board. From the initial assessment through the careful design of a home exercise program, Liam provided an effective plan for my lower back pain. Liam’s stretches and manipulation in each session provided welcome relief. Exercises were demonstrated clearly with an email follow up after each session providing links to review each exercise. Communication through email answering any questions or concerns was prompt and clear. I would highly recommend Heal Health & Performance and in particular Liam Board for your physical therapy needs.

I have been using the services of Heal, Health & Performance for the last 3 months right after knee surgery. Vanessa, the physiotherapist, has been excellent. She is always mindful of my injury, but also able to stretch me in what I can do with my new knee. She gave me good exercises to do at home and works with my flexibility in office. She is positive, encouraging and a pleasure even when she is pushing me to my limits (and maybe a little bit more!). I have also used the services of Victoria for massage. I booked a 60 minute massage with Assra after injuring my neck and shoulder slipping on ice yesterday. The clinic itself is very clean, quiet, and calm. Assra completed a full assessment of my range of motion and we created a goal for treatment together - pain management and flexibility. The massage table is heated (amazing during these cold winter days!). She used a variety of techniques including a massage gun and breath work to help ease my sore muscles - something I haven’t seen from other massage therapists. I can’t say enough about Heal. I will be back in the future to explore the other services they offer.

Its my first time at Heal and I must say that the first thing I notice is the very calming ambiance compared to other physio clinics. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis for as long as I can remember and went to see the physiotherapist. Vanessa has been helpful treating my condition and giving me the care needed for a fast recovery. The staff here really takes time to see their patients which I find very rare in other places that i've been to. The place is very clean and new. Would highly recommend this place!

I I have had a persistent pain in my shoulder from a sports injury years ago that has progressively gotten worse over time. Vanessa has helped me recover my shoulder that I no longer wake up with pain and as if the injury never occurred! I was thinking about seeing a Naturopathic Dr for a very long time as I wasn't seeing results with my family Dr. In June 2021 I made up my mind and booked my first appointment with Dr Micheld Webb. Dr Michele Webb is very Professional, explains everything so detailed and makes sure you understand everything that your bloodwork results are showing. Then she explains what are the next steps and starts a treatment plan that works best with you. Easy to follow along and shows results that you need. Needless to say is Dr Michele Webb brought me back to life again. Day after day my Health is just improving.

The worst place to start!!! My appointment was at 5:15 pm Arrived at 5:06 pm the massage therapist came to meet me at 5:16 . She called the day before and asked if I wanted to have o e hour message instead of 30 minutes , I said yes . She said she did not listen to my message agreeing to have the hour. Then for $75 39 minutes she wanted to ask me some questions for 6 to 7 minutes and I would pay for 30 minutes?? What ????? I said that this was not a professional place but a ripoff!!!!! NEVER AGAIN
