Please read!! Definitely go see Beshoy - Beshoy is an AMAZING osteopath!!! He's helped my Dad go from constant daily back pain to pain free and playing golf regularly! The results are incredible. I started going about... 5 visits ago and even my own results have been extraordinarily impressive! After the first visit, I noticed a major reduction in the intensity of migraines I was getting. In fact, I have only had one headache in the past month (& prior to my first visit with Beshoy I would have so many debilitating migraines I truly thought I was having a brain aneurysm or possibly had a tumor - the pain was severe & frequent) but I've been completely headache free since my first visit with the exception of one time! In addition, prior to my first visit, I wouldn't be able to sleep more than 6-7hrs without experiencing intense back pain so I was always sleep deprived. I'd wake up many, many times all night long. After my FIRST VISIT I slept like a baby over 10hours SOLID!!! I emailed him as soon as I woke up - I couldn't believe I wasn't in pain!!!!! I was expecting to be sore the next day, like a chiropractic adjustment leaves me, but I wasnt! My body was happy to be reset to how it was supposed to be set. My mom thinks I look taller too (my posture is better). Sources of pain, tenderness & numbness in my ribs & back from years of damage are finally letting up! I was so concerned about how much pain I feel nowadays, what would life look like in 10 years? 20? I'd be in excruciating agony like my Dad! But Beshoy has changed our lives! My Dad is pain free (everyone who knows my Dad is in awe - it's incredible to see the difference) and I know first hand that his treatment makes a real difference. I've been to chiropractors, upper cervical care (neck) chiropractors & have only felt more pain & discomfort after. With Beshoy, the adjustments don't hurt & I feel BETTER after! And he doesn't require people to come in as much as chiropractors do. The results last longer. The changes don't get undone unless you re-injure the area. Seriously, Beshoy at BodynSol Healing is the guy to see if you have any bodily ailments. Give him a call. He is highly HIGHLY recommended!!! He works out of BodynSol Healing on the Hamilton Mountain half the week and out of Brantford the other half. He's completed over 8 years of school on Osteopathy and has years and years of experience in addition. He's very qualified & professional. He has a great disposition & easy to feel comfortable around. I trust him completely. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
