Wonderful care by all staff. I love the fact that there is multiple health services under one roof. Dr. Nick Stryniak is a great chiropractor, with exceptional technique that is truly hard to find in the maritimes (ie. Cox technique, ART, etc.). You really feel heard and cared for.

I was recommended to Kinetesis Spine and Joint Clinic due to crippling foot pain from plantar fasciitis which I suffered for nearly a year. I'm happy to say that after a couple of months of bi-weekly treatments, the pain has all but disappeared. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and though my schedule can be erratic, they never had a problem rescheduling an appointment I wouldn't be able to make. Kinetesis accepted my health insurance directly, so I never had to pay anything out of pocket. I was made aware of approximately how much the treatment would cost up front. Dr. Nick is knowledgeable, professional and personable and I cannot recommend him and Kinetesis highly enough.

I did not find Dr. Stryniak helped my condition at all. My overall experience with this clinic is not at all good. My initial appointment was made with Dr. Stryniak due to his on-line advertised credentials. When I arrived at this appointment it was to find that Dr. Stryniak was away and I would be seen by another doctor from a neighboring clinic. It would have been nice to be told of this before the appointment so that I could decide whether I still wanted to keep this appointment or wait for Dr. Stryniak. Consequently the longer initial assessment appointment was with a doctor I would not see again. So the next (shorter) appointment with Dr. Stryniak, who had never seen me or assessed me. The subsequent appointments did not relieve my symptoms and I eventually ceased going because I actually got worse. Dr. Stryniak's fees are also higher than other chiropractors I have seen (and other chiropractors who actually helped me!) Apparently their bookkeeping is also suspect because more than 9 months after my last appointment there I was contacted to pay an additional $20 that was not covered by my health plan for the INITIAL appointment. This oversight was not noticed during the at least two months of subsequent appointment or in the 9+ months afterwards! I am truly not at all impressed with this clinic or Dr. Stryniak.

I went to Kinetesis as I was experiencing pain in my neck, shoulders, lower back and left hamstring. After the first day assessment and diagnosis Dr. Nick started treatment right away and set up sessions throughout the week and after the first 3-4 I could feel immediate relief throughout my neck, shoulders, lower back and left hamstring. I feel the pain less and less everyday and believe that after a few more sessions I would be feeling as good as new. I would still even come back for regular maintenance and start booking massage therapy as well. Their staff is very friendly and great for working around your schedule!

I have been a client at Kinetesis for a couple years and have nothing but excellent comments for all of the staff. The office staff always accommodate my schedule and are wonderful to deal with. I initially started there to have plantar fasciitis treated and after several years of suffering with this pain, it was resolved and I no longer have any issues. Nick is knowledgeable and takes his time with patients to discuss options and the treatment plan. Recently, i went back to the clinic due to a car accident. The clinic offered all the options from physiotherapy, massage and of course chiropractic treatment. Yolanda, Holly and Nick have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing treatment and therapy. They also ensured any paperwork and reports for insurance companies was completed as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is considering treatment.

After a snowboard fall, I was suffering some pain in both my shoulder and upper back. I was seen initially by Victoria who began treatment. Within a few sessions of physio and a massage session with Holly, the pain was more manageable and I was referred to see Dr. Nick. Nick took the time to understand the history of my injury and then proceeded to assess me further. He made several adjustments and following 3 sessions of treatment, I felt back to normal. I continue to undergo some physio treatment to correct muscle imbalances in my shoulder and to address posture issues. I am very pleased with the professional and personalized service that these health care providers have provided to me. I achieved results faster and quicker than I anticipated, and for this reason I could not be happier to recommend their service.

Dr.Nick has been able to eleviate a nagging sports injury that had plagued me for about 3 years. Previous attempts by other chiropractors failed. Both myself and son have had great experiences with Nick. He helped me with my knees when I was training for the Chicago Marathon. I finished all my training without having any issues with my knees. I went to visit Dr. Nick Stryniak at Kinetesis, because I was having problems with my neck. It was so stiff I couldn't even turn my head. I play hockey, and I also work in a restaurant as a server, so my injury was really interfering with my life. When I went to see Dr. Stryniak, he asked me some questions about my pain to assess my injury. Then he immediately started treatment. After one session, there was noticeable improvement. I've now had three sessions and my neck feels better than it has in a long time! I've had intermittent neck pain for a while now, but I always just attributed it to "sleeping on it wrong." After Dr. Stryniak adjusted my neck to relieve tension on my vertebrae and used Active Release Technique to break up the scar tissue around my neck, I realized I should have addressed this issue years ago. I would highly recommend Kinetesis Spine & Joint Clinic to anyone experiencing neck, back, or any other sort of pain. I was in one other time for a groin injury and Dr. Stryniak fixed that in one visit! When I was there this time I also noticed they offer several other services besides chiropractic. They offer physiotherapy, massage therapy, and they even have a nutritionist. Go check them out! You'll be glad you did!

I first contacted Kinetesis to treat a painful Achilles tendinitis. In the course of writing my history down, I informed them of a 20 year plus history of plantar fasciitis as well. I stated on the form I had a bad case of " nurse feet". I have lived with painful feet for so long that it just became part of my everyday normal. Almost every day my feet would constantly throb and hum. After a busy day on my feet, I could look forward to a hot bath and a night on the couch because it hurt to walk. I am planning a return trip to Disney with my family...and I really need my feet! I would worry about how I would manage to keep up. Yolanda and Nick felt hopeful that they would be able to improve my foot pain, not eradicate it, but make it better. I was skeptical, others had tried and it didn't really make a difference. Yolanda said my feet were the tightest she had ever seen. Yolanda recommended cupping on my feet. She said it would hurt, but she felt it would make a difference. Well, it did hurt lol, but I was used to pain. After a few treatments, I noticed my feet weren't humming /vibrating all the time anymore. I could stand in one spot for extended periods of time whereas before I had to continuously shuffle my feet to balance the pain. The real test was when I picked up an extra shift. Previously, my feet would begin to really hurt about 5 hours into the shift. I not only made it through the entire shift, but they didn't hurt all night. A real MIRACLE! I have come to look forward to my cupping because I know it will loosen up my feet and help with the pain. My foot pain has gone from a constant 6 or 7 everyday to about a 1-2 most days. I hardly every notice my feet humming anymore. I went from not expecting any relief from my foot pain to now feeling like I could definitely do the Disney parks. Yolanda is awesome to work with and made me feel very comfortable in each session. even when she was hurting me with the cups, we would laugh the whole time. She even made extra time and stayed later in her shift to accommodate an appointment for me. all of the staff in the office are friendly and called me by my name each time I arrived for an appointment. I plan to recommend Yolanda and Kinetesis to all of nurse friend who also have "nurse feet".

I started to see Cecelia because I was in a car accident years ago that left me with neck, shoulder and back pain; as well as, chronic headaches. Since I started getting massages from Cecelia my symptoms have dramatically improved. My headaches are less frequent and my back pain is no longer preventing me from living an active lifestyle. Saw Dr Nick Stryniak concerning foot pain in arch after injury that happened a year ago. He treated me with several sessions of laser, active release therapy and fitted me with an ankle support. To be honest it took 3 or 4 sessions before I began to see any results. I am now pain free and enjoying my two favorite sports, golf and curling.

I suffer from severe Plantar Fasciitis for over 2 years. I've tried Physio, Massage Therapy, Reflexology and I've had cortisone shots. I read about the Active Release Technique online and thought I may as well try that also. I made an appointment with Dr. Nick and it turned out to be one of the BEST decisions I've ever made, Dr. Nick is amazing, as is the rest of the Staff. There's no instant cure for Plantar Fasciitis, however after just three visits I finally feel a little relief, I now have some hope!! While visiting the clinic I learned of the Healthy By Nature Program with Erika, I enrolled in the program and I'm so looking forward to the lifestyle change. Erika is professional, informative and dedicated to her clients. When you walk in the door, you're greeted with a smile and treated with respect by the friendly front desk staff. My partner had four massages booked with one RMT over the past month and a half, and three of them she cancelled on the morning of. After the second cancellation in two weeks I implored him to seek treatment elsewhere and the trend kept continuing - I don't know if she likes to party on Friday nights and is then unavailable the next morning, or takes Covid isolation very seriously, but I find it utterly disgraceful this kind of conduct is tolerated by what is otherwise such a professional clinic. Neither one of us will return nor recommend this location.

I initially saw Dr Nick for treatment of plantar fasciitis and when my insurance ran out he made it possible for me to continue treatments financially. Unfortunately I was later in an automobile accident and have needed the service of the clinic again. The staff have been wonderful in dealing with paper work and insurance headaches! Nick, Holly, and Yolanda have all helped me immensely in my recovery, always being professional but very approachable and friendly. I was referred to Kinetesis Spine & Joint Clinic by a friend. Dr Nick is not your traditional chiropractor. I saw him after suffering from lower back and hip flexor issues. I was extremely impressed with his effective treatment. Dr Nick performed his assessment had taken the time to explain the plan for recovery and why.
