It would be better if the person who is providing the treatment stays in the room a little more, she was in and out and you could hear her laughing very loud outside. She was in a hurry to leave the room to chat with somebody, just not professional and expensive.

Everything about the experience at Choice is great, from the warm and friendly welcome of Kay at front desk to all of the staff at the clinic. I went in a number of times to see Saba and Kira. Saba is an excellent PT who diagnosed the source of my pain within a minute and had me on the road to recovery that first visit. Part of my treatment plan was massage and Kira was phenomenal at getting to difficult areas without making it uncomfortable. The Kinesiologists who helped throughout the visits were super nice and overall made the experience a very pleasant one. Overall Choice have a great team, they're nice people who really know what they're doing and have a great sense of humour. Definitely recommended.

From my own experience Choice Health has been the BEST their Staff are very Knowledgable about their specialties; starting from Kaye their admin who would always greet you with the best smile; book your Book your appointments deal with the insurance and all you have to do is just show up on time ready for your treatment I really like how you get the one on one treatment which helps me very much in my healing process they as well explain to me why my body is not working the way it should be working which for me helps me with my recovery because it makes me understand how to do a variety of manoeuvres So I don’t worsen my symptoms. I've been attending Choice for about 3yrs post MVA. The level of care, understanding and knowledge from the team of Clinicians I have working with me is way above average. They take the time to answer my questions, I've never felt rushed, and they have always worked to arrange my appointments around my already very busy life (which at times isn't easy). I see several different clinicians but they all work together and provide me with the best treatment from each area of expertise. Choice has it all... You don't need to worry about going to several clinics to get different treatments, they have all of it it one place. Kaye is amazing with scheduling, listening to my needs and always a friendly face. I use to be afraid to see a chiropractor but Ryan is so patient and always explains things to me when I need help understanding something. Soren has been doing Kinesiology with me for several months and is always full of energy and encouraging which is very helpful to get me going on days I'd rather not be doing anything. Erica is a great massage therapist and I always leave there feeling much more relaxed. There are many others I have seen over the years who have moved on to other things or on an LOA but still worth mentioning... Dan O, Saba, Rahel (name probably spelt wrong) Bailey, Jason, Kendra... And there are probably more... Every single person I have gotten to know at Choice has been a huge help with my pain management. I've recommended Choice to several of my co-workers who have also gone there and they have all been very pleased with the treatment they received.
