Would 100% recommend Wesley if you're looking for an RMT. I've had massage therapy many years ago after a car accident from at least 2 different individuals and my first treatment with Wesley far surpassed those experiences. I've only had 1 so far but have already booked my next 2! Not only is he great at his job and very skilled, but he also makes it a very comfortable space for you. I have anxiety and really appreciate the quiet sometimes and Wes seemed to understand that without me every saying anything about it. I know secondhand that he also maintained conversation with my partner for his entire session, which is exactly what my partner wanted, which just goes to show he really focuses on your specific needs and tailors the session to you. He also showed me a stretch to help with the specific muscle tension I had at the end of the session.

My trip to Wesley was a gift from my partner and my first time visiting an RMT. I can get super anxious and chatty sometimes but Wesley met me where I was at. He made it a very chill and welcoming space that reflected my own needs in the space. As for the actual massage, he really helped heal my very sore shoulder and recommended a stretch that has greatly helped months later. His practice is housed in a quaint, neat, space on the second floor of a retrofitted house. I will be going back for a second appointment soon, and have recommended him to my partner and friends.
