I was lucky enough to receive a frontliner massage and it was easily the best massage I've ever had. The spa was exceptionally clean and felt very safe. It was perfectly warm, cozy, and so so relaxing. Such an amazing experience with Louisa for a Thai Massage. The frontliners gift bag was so appreciated and so kind. Great hearts work here!! Thank you for taking care of us. I will definitely be back!

Everything The Grove does and every decision they make has me (the client) in mind. Whenever I need some "me" time, I always try to see if I can get a massage with Mairin or a reiki appointment with Dara first. On their tables, all my stresses and worries melt away. I might enter the room with the weight of the world on my shoulders (and neck and upper back and...), but I emerge 60mins later ready to take on the world again (or have a good night's sleep). Highly recommended.

I've have had the opportunity to meet several of the practitioners at Pomegranate and they are lovely! I just had a wonderful healing massage with Mairin. She has a wonderful touch, makes you feel very relaxed and certainly knows how to work your problem areas. She is also great at chatting with you or being respectful if you want a massage in silence. I love the community and vibe of the centre :)

I've been seeing Tanya as my RMT for quite a few years now and she is SO AMAZING! I have a fairly bad case of scoliosis which leads to all kinds of weird pains and tightness. Tanya is so professional and knowledgeable about physiology and has seriously improved my quality of life - she's a magician when it comes to the human body! She's also a wonderful human being and just a breath of fresh air, and I always look forward to my appointments with her! Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! I haven’t gone to many RMT’s because it can be a bit daunting, but Nadine made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My body and neck were tight in ways I didn’t even know but she helped me get out the knots and I’m feeling so much better today. Even with COVID still going on, I felt safe accessing the massage services. This place was recommended to me by an osteopath and I will be returning 100000%.

I used to go to Eramosa Physio and saw Mairin there. When I heard she opened her own place I just followed her over and have not once regretted my decision. I don’t always get Mairin anymore because it’s a busier spot now, but I’ve had almost all of the other girls and everyone’s been great. Today I had Nadine and she was amazing. Everyone is nice and welcoming and they never make you feel anything but at home! Also they offered free massages for nurses and doctors, and that gesture alone is incredible. Highly recommend, my whole family goes here now!

Pomegranate Grove has an exceptional group of therapists who are all super welcoming and professional. They give back to our community at any chance they get... they have run healthcare worker giveaways and massage-a-thon fundraisers and many others. This place is full of heart! A must-go for pregnant and postpartum mamas in Guelph! Marin and team are fantastic, and have created a soothing sanctuary for all - but especially moms and moms to be. Small boutique area at the front of the studio offers locally made soaps, candles, and more. Grab a cold pressed juice here on your way out, too! Treatment rooms are spacious and clean. I haven’t had the opportunity to enjoy the on site yoga studio or bra fitting, but look forward to doing so post-lockdown restrictions.

You not only get a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, you also get so much care and compassion!
