Wonderful experience at Lindsay's clinic! She is professional and takes the time to sit down with you first to hear your experiences/concerns and answer any questions. I had a massage during my 3rd trimester - I loved being able to lie on my stomach with use of the bolster/cushioning. Lindsay checked in with me often and ensured my comfort. It was reassuring to be with a provider who is so knowledgeable in the area of prenatal care. She knew how to find the spots that needed attention. I felt amazing - both mind and body - afterward. When I asked her why she got into prenatal massage she replied “I believe pregnant women are underserved” and that really resonated with me. I found Lindsay while looking for someone to help me post double-mastectomy as well as radiation therapy. The surgeon emphasized the importance of massage (of scars, scar tissue) but stopped short of recommending a RMT. I have had great success with massage in the past (for migraines and pregnancy) but wanted to find the right person for this. I knew I did not need physio as my range of motion was good and I had no pain, but knew tightness was an issue. I saw she had experience with breast massage which was unique, and she ended up being the right person to help. Lindsay's space is neat and inviting (my previous RMT had a super clinical space) and her music is great. She is super professional, her correspondence all extremely inclusive, and the massages are really healing-physically and mentally. I look forward to recovering/relaxing and would highly recommend her treatment.
