I highly recommend Bodyworks Massage Therapy. I just returned from a wonderful and relaxing massage with Cathy Signoretta. This is my second visit to Bodyworks. I must say, I really like this massage clinic. Upon entering the clinic this morning I noticed the dim lighting in the waiting area. I felt relaxed before my massage even began. The receptionist was friendly and polite. Cathy greeted me right away and my massage began on time! I like the low lighting in the massage room. I have been to some clinics that have regular day lighting. The dim lighting is much more appealing. I feel an immediate sense of calm and relaxation before my treatment begins. The massage rooms are very clean and the decor is fresh and new. Offering a choice of scented/unscented oils is also a definite bonus. I really enjoy an aromatic massage. In my experience scented oils have only been available in a spa setting. The option of a heated pad on the table is a plus for me as well. Especially on a damp day like today. The warm towel at the end is a great final touch. My massage was incredible. Just the right amount of pressure! Cathy checked in with me during the massage to see if the pressure was good for me (too little or too much). She listened to my feedback and adjusted her pressure accordingly. I also like being able to book online. Overall, I am really impressed with Bodyworks. I will tell my friends about it. I already have my next appointment booked. Thanks Julie

Nice interior, clean and friendly staff. Initial intake form has option for conversation lvl really nice touch :not that it was followed during treatment. Massage was very gentle ,gentle rubbing and touching. Felt like a spa massage , not RMT. Very disappointing. Booked 60 min massage, last textmssg I sent while in waiting room was 11:05 followed by chat in massage room before starting treatmenta massage was completed by 11:50. Reviews online do not realistically represent my experience. If your looking for a real RMT massage I would highly recommend saving your time and money by not booking an appointment.

I visited Jaime Doucet at Bodyworks today because of upper back pain from sitting at a computer at work for long periods of time. The visit not only solved my problem, but the service was very, and I reiterate VERY professional. A hot towel was given to me after my session, and she gave me specific instructions on how to submit to insurance. I highly recommend any office professional in a similar situation to visit them. They will help you in a big way.

Had a one hour session with Adam today and it was fantastic. Went in with stiff neck and shoulder; came out with no pain and felt energetic. Adam is very skillful, acknowledgeable, thoughtful and went through my condition in the beginning. He also provided me some great advices of how to ease my pain. The complimentary relaxing bath salt is definitely a great touch. Will be my one and only RMT to go place now.

My experiences with the staff at Bodyworks is always exceptional. The chiropractors and RMT's always go above and beyond to ensure I am feeling better after my appointments. When I couldn't get in for a massage this week, I booked with one of the chiropractors Dr. Justine Rodrigues. My treatment was not only helpful, but Justine took the time to educate me about what chiropractic care should entail, and helped me to determine the cause of my pain. My session was ANYTHING but a quick in & out adjustment like past Chiropractic appointments I've had. What really stood out for me, was that she did a lot of soft-tissue work to relieve the muscle tension and problems I was facing. This treatment was AS GOOD as a massage , as she took the time to work out all of my muscular issues in addition to the adjustments that I required. HIGHLY recommend seeing her for anyone experiencing stubborn pain and especially anyone who has even been hesitant to try chiropractic care. Her expertise and approach to wellness will blow you away.
