Super sore shoulder from a workout injury- was the only place I could find short notice to help/ work through my injury- sucks that the door was locked and never opened to receive a treatment. No door bell or anything.. pretty sad and annoying.

Love this place. Always knows exactly where the knots are and takes time to work them. I go here as often as I can This is an amendment because of how wonderful this place is. Wonderful new office! Lots of free parking. Shawn-Marie and Amanda make a great team, and they have wonderful extra training which relieved a now healing plantar fasciitis. My husband was grateful today his back has relief! Booked again in a couple of weeks can't wait!

Shawn is a very knowledgeable RMT and she has excellent patient relation skills. It's hard to find a good registered massage therapist who takes the time to truly listen to your needs and follow through with them in treatment. I highly reccomend her for anyone looking for a reputable and recent RMT in the profession, who hasn't got caught up it a "cookie cutter" massage style.

Relaxing and private. Had cupping treatment which was the great experience and they took the time to explain procedure and what work best for my needs. Saw Shawn again yesterday. So glad her hours have been extended. Had a fall a few weeks ago and still dealing with my shoulder. She was great relieving all the pains and stiffness from my neck down to my feet. Didn't irratate the area still trying to heal. So nice to feel like I can trust the care and feel so much better. She also wrote up her findings after the fall so my Doctor could prescribe the right tests and get me into physiotherapy.

Shawn is the best massage therapist I have found in the Guelph area. She is very good at deep massage and knows exactly where I am having problems and how much pressure to apply. After 1 visit my back already felt better than it had with multiple chiropractor visits.The atmosphere is relaxing, warm, and the bed is comfortable. I like that she is quiet so I can relax and not have to make conversation. The murals are cheery. My only complaint would be that there is no waiting room area so you have to wait outside however so far she has always been prompt so I haven't had to wait long. I plan to keep seeing her as long as I can.

Amanda is an amazing RMT and I will definitely be booking with her again. I have never felt so relaxed after a massage. She knew where I need a little bit more pressure and checked to make sure it wasn't too much as I was having a relaxation massage and not a deep massage.

I have been booking massages with Amanda for a couple months now, and though small in stature she packs a hard punch! When I have had muscle issues, she uses her extensive knowledge in kinesiology to help guide me on the right path of things to look for in my lifestyle that could be helping or not. Since starting to see her I have felt less tense and have had better sleeps. Another huge advantage is that she is flexible to my schedule, be it during the week or on the weekend.

I have been in a number of small car accidents which left me with pain and I also have Fibromyalgia, so pan is a constant in my life. As a result of this pain, over the years I have seen many RMTs. Shawn is by far my favourite. She shares what levels of the fascia or the muscle tissue that she is working on and talks you through the why of it. She practices a variety of different methods and techniques. I have seen her for relaxation, deep tissue, pain therapy and cupping sessions and again let me just say, she is the best! She is deeply knowledgeable in her practice and the anatomy and science of what she is doing but it is also clear that she has a natural healer's touch as well. After your treatment, she is also fantastic about providing stretches and exercises to do at home to keep the tension at bay. I have and will continue to promote her to my friends and family when they ask me for recommendations. I like her so much that I even came to Google to write this review, a thing that I have never previously done for anyone, business or restaurant.

I have been seeing Shaun for 2 years now I have NEVER had a bad appointment. Shaun is always professional and very friendly. She always caters to the mood that I’m in. If I’m tired and not feeling social Shaun will respect it and let me relax. If you like to talk during the treatment she is very engaging and social. I alway feel different when I go to get my treatment but Shaun always knows how to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I honestly would travel 1.5 hours or more to get treatment from Shaun. Amazing massage therapist. Best in guelph.
