Went here for a relaxation massage a few days ago. Staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival, the massage was very relaxing and calming. The price was a little on the high side but the service was good. Only downside was that I realized I was shorted 15 minutes on my massage when I left, due to the new client paperwork when I arrived.

Our first time here and probably the last. The massage was good but the rest was disappointing. Had to wear a smelly dirty old robe with nasty stains all over it that looked like blood and paint and smelled like fried food. We almost left before our massages even started because of how dirty it was. No towels in the bathroom to dry hands until we came out after the massages they must have restocked them. The receptionist was a bit rude and uninformative. Nothing to drink while we waited in the sitting area. The paperwork before the massage was facial information nothing to do with massage. After the massages we were given mugs of water in coffee mugs. It looked like it would be a decent place to go for nails or hair but the massage part is lacking. Again, the massage therapists were good, I feel bad they have to work in that environment. I would love to post a photo of the dirty robe on here.

The ladies at the Vine always make me feel pampered and I leave feeling better about myself. They are professional, kind and love what they do. I have tried a few different services and each time they are amazing. Especially the facial. It was the first one I had ever had and now I want to do it regularly. My skin felt so great when I was done.

They have multiple drink options to enjoy with your service and a large and comfortable waiting area as well! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming I always look forward to coming again.

Had a facial. Super over priced. Didn't do extractions. Was told that I Should have requested it when I was booking and it costs extra. In what world does a facial not come with extractions? The actual facial felt great, but they always do. No one greeted me when I walked in. Waited 5 minutes for the receptionist to come out from somewhere. I was looking in the case of face products. She comes out and gives me a dirty look and asks if I touched the case because it was open slightly. No I did not. Also she was late taking me in by 5 minutes and my appointment was not extended. Never again.

I really enjoyed my manicure experience. The lady was really gentle and did everything carefully. This was my first manicure ever, so she explained things for me and was really nice to chat with. She did my nails up in beautiful French tips, which lasted a full two weeks before beginning to chip on my index finger. I would go back, but it seems a little pricey (not sure how much these things regularly cost, so it may be that it's average for a spa). The other women who worked there were all chatting together and it really felt like a friendly environment.

Went here to relax and get a massage but as soon as the massage started, the staff kept chatting with me instead of me trying to relax and wind up. I mean i dont mind he chatting but she kept on going which botheredme because i just wanted to relax. Also, the first time she wasnt putting any pressure so it just seems like she’s just putting oil all over my foot and then i asked for more pressure and then it was better but for my neck, it still hurts up until the next day. It’s good but not the best. And too pricy for not the best quality of massage.

We paid approximately $140 for two deep tissue massages. Not only where they far from deep tissue, but the form we were asked to fill out to tell the masseuses where we want them to focus and where not to massage was not headed, and probably not even read by the masseuse. It was like a robotic routine. They did the same thing to either side of the body, working up without actually stopping at the problem areas. If you just want to lay back and relax without actually massaging any specific muscles then sure. But don't go there for a deep tissue or any actual problem areas. And I wrote on the form to not massage my feet. I didn't mind it afterall, but my "don't touch" was not respected.

I really like the spa services when it was located behind Royal bank. Since being at the new location I feel like the service has deteriorated ???? the front desk does have much more room and is much brighter however I find it difficult to tell where I am supposed to stand/ wait/ speak to the front desk person. Unfortunately, I think I'm going to move on and find a new place. I had to edit my review.. and mention again the front desk customer service SUCKS! I don't think I've ever said that before in a review, but I felt like it was warranted when I went today. I wanted to give them one more try since last time but again, I was sorely disappointed.

The vine spa is top notch , all the staff are super friendly and very professional and very welcoming. I had lazer service and was very concerned on burning Amber was so understanding and explained the full process. My treatment went prefect and she even checked on me the next day to be sure everything was okay . Excellent service .

Luxurious from the moment I stepped into the facility! Cerenity the receptionist was able to promptly accommodate me for multiple services. She was so welcoming and inviting from start to finish. The spa/salon was VERY clean and classy. I was swept away by my massage from Kaylee (highly recommend) she had a very thorough touch and was well educated. Gave me aftercare information as well as a follow up call 2 days after. All staff treated me like family rather then a customer. 100% recommend this spa! Cant wait for my next visit.

The estiticians are great but the front desk staff is very bad. Booked appointments for two of us and two days later totally screwed up severices and time. Instead of trying to fix it they yelled at us. Very poor customers service I understand mistakes happen but not they way to fix it by yelling at your customer.

Service is great, so far have received laser hair removal and pedicures there. They can fit you in pretty quickly it seems. The foot scrubs for the pedis are made by a woman from Red Deer which was quite cool. They always offer complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, water) while waiting, and they also offer a wine menu and I saw someone get mimosas.

The Vine, is such an amazing way to support local and they make you feel beautiful from the inside out. Highly recommend Amber FOR ANY SERVICE she makes you completely comfortable and can make even shy people open up and smile. Her facials are my personal fav!!!!! Also love the rebranding and all the new exiting service's that they offer as well! Good Priced as well, that's always a win!

Elegant, Classy and Clean. The pedicures are the best in Grande Prairie! They have multiple color choices and fabulous smelling foot scrub. They also use electric heel filers that make your feet feel baby smooth! Also recommend their Dermaplaning and Hydrojelly facial combo. My skin has never felt this good. Highly recommend.
