Hello! I am extremely pleased with the treatment and friendliness of the staff at Lifemark Physiotherapy Clinic at Grande Prairie. My therapist, Keith Wilson , uses all the best, top notch equipment on my shoulder, along with useful home exercise treatments. It's a good place to go! If you go, I'd recommend Keith Wilson or Nelson Cuff !! Very nice! Good Job Everyone!

Our first appointment was last week. We have never dealt with LifeMark before. I was amazed by the atmosphere, everyone was so friendly, the experience was great. They did a full assessment before even thinking of treatment. Which I appreciated. I hope this experience doesn’t change Update: two months later I wish I could rate them 10 stars. The Best experience! Lifemark worked along side WCB and everything was done on time. We never had any issues. And I would recommend that everyone’s goes to them Mathew is the best kinesiologist!!

lifemark in GrandePrairie has been nothing but a blessing to me this past year. I was injured In November 2018 and was fortunate enough to be directed to this establishment shortly after that. They have delt with my injury with understanding,sympathy and friendly professional at all stages of my recovery. My experience is nuanced by 8 years of trying to get help for my problem and also having a complicated injury history. So evaluation of my injury for the WCB by Lifemark left me with gaping concerns. These concerns have been discussed with a manager. In contrast, front desk staff and training staff have been better than I sometimes deserve. Pain makes me difficult. And they have been professional and patient,

I had a great experience with Chad Cameron at Lifemark. I had a shoulder injury and he was able to resolve my issues with dry needling among other techniques. He was able to accurately diagnose my injury and explain it in a way that was easy to understand. I was back playing volleyball immediately. I would recommend him to any athlete.

I had a great experience at Lifemark! I had stopped running and almost quit walks completely as well because of hip pain. After visiting Nelson a few times and getting some simple stretches to do, I feel great and am back at it. Would highly recommend! I had to go there because WCB back to work program and the doctor lied about my condition when I saw paperwork months later. They also said I was fixed and good to go back to work after 6 weeks of physio even though I still have rotator cuff tear that I need surgery for. This place is totally rigged to benefit WCB and would not recommend to anyone. Do not trust anything they say.

Hi there.I am M S and just want to say if you are reading reviews trying to decide on a place to get physiotherapy, Massages or help getting back in the work force look no further, this is the place for you. I walked in the door and was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front counter and it was a real eye opener, the staff that work here are amazing.I have been going to therapy for 13 years and I swear I have never had the experience that I have had here. These people really care about helping you out it is not just a job to them.the old saying no pain no gain doesn’t exist here.Because if you have pain it can be aggravated and get worse if you carry on.I have been coming to Lifemark for 8 weeks and myself am amazed at the progress I have made.I am finished today and am sad to leave as all the staff here have become friends.I’ll be back for visits. Thanks guys you’ve made a happier me.

I would highly recommend physiotherapy from Lifemark GP to anyone suffering from pain or injury. It’s so much more than just excercise for your specific problems (which helps, trust me); they administer other forms of healing like Dry Needling, which stimulates trigger points and Electrical Stimulation, to tone the muscle and help the muscle remember it’s action after injury (I’ve seen great improvements in my chronic neck pain/weakness from both these and the daily excersices combined). The staff are friendly and informative and the atmosphere is very relaxing; all around fantastic place!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have been dealing with severe hip pain for several years and Drs.have been treating it all along as a back/nerve issue. One visit to Lifemark and the physiotherapist immediately suggested it was not a back issue but rather a hip joint problem. His recommendation was to have a current X-ray to verify this which I did. With a current X-ray, I then met with a surgeon who also immediately identified a degenerated hip that would need replacement. Thank you to Nelson Cuff for finally identifying the cause of 5 years of pain and loss of quality of life.

I attended Lifemark for about 9 months to rehab my shoulder after receiving rotator cuff surgery. I am very happy I chose Lifemark, my experience there was amazing. The front staff ladies are so friendly, always greeting you with a smile and some laughs to help perk up your day! Nelson was awesome, he was easy to talk too, personable, and always had a fix for when I was in pain or not progressing right in my rehab process. Overall a great experience, even though I hope I don't have to go back for more shoulder rehab, I will be referring them to everyone I know!
