Lydia is the most sweetest person. First ever massage I was super nervous and anxious Lydia made me feel so comfortable and I've never felt this level of relaxation! I'm almost mad like it wasn't my choice to feel this relaxed lol 10/10 will be back and am your new mascot!

This place is so nice. The lady’s are wonderful, it’s clean, the massage tables are heated, they’re great for conversation but are also good with not talking if you just want to relax. I’ve been 3 times and will be going again, 10/10 would recommend

The gal giving me the massage was kind, however when talking about why I was in (for tightness in my mid-back) and how I go to a chiropractor, she started telling me about how I shouldn’t be needing to go to the chiro that often and that I might have some kind of lesions?!? And that we would “talk more about that”. She then left so I could get dressed, came in and did the massage without saying another word about it. She left at the end to allow me to dress, and wasn’t there when I was exited the room. I’ll be the first to say, I was hesitant to chat about how much I should or shouldn’t not be seeing the chiropractor who has helped me immeasurably over the last 2 months. But I was at least interested in what she had to say, and thought it was a bit unprofessional to knock the care I’ve been receiving without knowing anything about it, saying a scary thing like “lesions” and then not bringing it up again. Or even saying “have a nice day”. The massage was fine. Based solely on that I would give 4 stars, but the lack of professionalism made me not want to return.

Do you had and a busy, stressing day or just a fantastic relaxing time, a great place to go in Grande Prairie for a nice relaxing massage or a deep massage very friendly with a kindly staff you need to visit Grande Prairie Massage Therapy. It is a nice place, they make feel comfortable and the staff is definitely professional I recommend anyone to go there and get an awesome therapeutic massage in this great city Grande Prairie.

I have been going to grande prairie therapeutic massage for 4 years and find all the staff there make u feel right at home and welcome every time. They are really good at accommodating a time that works for you. Joanna the owner is a wonderful lady and really knows how to take care of her clients. The worst massage I had experienced in over 25 years. What made it worse (and the biggest reason I am rating it here) is I sent them an email telling them in detail the concern and they haven't responded at all. I send the email a month ago and if they were even the slightest bit focused on their clients, they would have at least responded letting me know that they would look into it. The MT didn't spend any more than 20 seconds on the areas that I was there for in the first place. He spent more time on my right buttocks than my shoulders, upper back and neck combined. The majority of the massage, felt like he was only using his thumbs and it took me over a week to recuperate from this (obviously untrained person) massage
