Friendly staff, I usually go here for massages and they are always wonderful here. I went for chiropractic care as well and I know it takes a process for lower back healing but even though I wanted them to do more about it, they provided good quality care for me.

Thoight I would try here since the usual place I go was closed still cause of covid. The staff there are really nice but that about all I can say. I wentnin to get adjusted and asked for that but nope. I left there with the same pain in my back as I did showing up. I asked for a full adjustment and all they could do was try and sell me services I didn't want and didn't ask for. They don't really listen to what the patient wants. I personally won't be going back. I will wait for the person I see to open up again and go there cause they listen to the patient.

I’m from the Okanagan in British Columbia and was recently in Grande Prairie for a week long sporting event. I re-injured my back on day one was not going to be able to compete. I called the office and Dr. Matheson answered the phone himself. He made a spot for me to get in to see him within a couple of hours during what I assume was his lunch at 12:30pm. He was fantastic during the visit. He worked on me and discussed my history etc for approximately 45 minutes. I was able to complete after a couple days of rest and our team ended playing in the finals, with me in the lineup. Even after playing 4 games in two days I felt better than I did prior to the tournament. The office was friendly and extremely accommodating under the circumstances. I credit Dr Matheson with my comfort and partially for our team’s success. I cannot thank him enough and believe he is an expert in his field and a caring and considerate practitioner. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering his office and services. Thank you so much. Ryan.

I've been a regular client here for a year and a half. I woke up in excruciating pain this morning and called to book an appointment around 9:45 am, the female receptionist that took my call was extremely short tempered and disrespectful towards me. Worst costumer service I've ever had. In field where you're dealing with people who are in pain, a friendly understanding attitude goes a long way, which she did not have whatsoever. I will be finding a new chiropractor.

I called this clinic for an emergency appointment as I was in so much pain and they got me in within an hour! Once I got there the staff is so friendly and Dr. Becher took the time to explain things and go over everything, she was great. I walked out of the clinic feeling much better than when I walked in. I can say that I have called other chiropractors and even though I call almost in tears saying I can't even lift my child out of her crib they tell me the next appointment is 2 weeks away...this would not happen at this clinic!!!

I work for Target In Grande Prairie, and we work by one motto Fast, Fun and Friendly. I had hurt my neck to the point where it was affecting everything in my life. I had called The Chiropractic Wellness Centre and not only did they get me in fast but after I felt amazing and got done fast. Dr. Todd Matheson was friendly, polite understanding, and you can tell the he has fun doing what he is doing. The fact that I was able to get back to my job quickly and pain free was amazing. I would recommend him to everyone I know just for the simple fact that I had an overwhelming experience.
