Got booked in with Allison for a 90 minute massage. The front staff was great and prior to treatment Allison went over time split for me, allowing me to choose if I wanted her to strictly focus on my injured areas or split the time efficiently so I still got a balanced massage. First time at Bliss as I'm not from town but I highly recommend their facilities and definitely Allison.

Went for a 90 minute massage and pedicure The staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with and the facility was clean but I would not return. I booked a relaxation massage and they charged me for a deep tissue massage (therapeutic) because I asked her to focus more on my back. And it definitely wasn't a deep tissue. So if you go don't tell them to focus on a specific area because they charge you more. And the polish smudged before i even left. Very disappointed.

I went to Bliss Spa for the first time today (December 21st 2019) to see Sam for waxing. It's been YEARS since I've been waxed and wanted to get back into a regular waxing routine with full legs, Brazilian, & few extra areas that normally shouldn't have hair. When I called around Grande Prairie I was looking for customer service, knowledge & of course pricing. When I spike with the front desk girl on the phone I was pleased with everything she said. She was the nicest person I apine to in ALL the GP spa/waxing locations & that was why I decided to book with Bliss Spa When I got there today I was nervous. I had even taken pain meds to try and help (which btw was of no help in the end, was pointless & not needed) I haven't waxed since 2014 and I have thick course hair, I knew this wasnt going to be fun. I also know I am a baby when it comes to hair removal (tweezing and threading can make me cry) Needless to say Sam was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable, we discussed what the plan should be and how we move into more waxing slowly rather then do too much to start. Since this was my first waxing in so long and I had gotten my period Sam talked to me about how sensitive this was going to be and why moving into it gradually would be best. We had some great laughs & did a full leg wax today, needless to say that was more than enough to start for me. Sam showed me the different waxes she uses & did an amazing job helping me through this experience, and it was an experience!!! Without a doubt I was maybe a little dramatic, but let's be real here..... have hair ripped out of your skin is by no means an enjoyable experience and even worse when you have thick course hair, and lots of it!!!! But in the end it was such a positive experience and I'm glad we didnt do the leg & Brazilian as originally planned as I'm not sure I would have been able to handle it. It would have been overwhelming & I probably wouldn't have gone back to any waxing place. Now having Sam explain to me the waxes and slowly moving into to more sensitive areas along with the first waxes on my legs being the "hardest" I am feeling very comfortable with long term progress of waxing again! I look forward to going back now and continuing this. Bliss Spa had amazing staff, clean facilities & made a experience I was very nervous about an enjoyable one Thank you!!!!! Update: I just went for my third apt and I am so in love with this salon, the staff and the product. I will not go to another Grande Prairie salon, even if you paid me to

Bliss Spa and Salon is the definition of AMAZING! All the people there are so kind and caring! Always happy with my nails, hair, pedicures and massages! Very tidy and clean place. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming as well which I love! Staff are always reaching client expectations and always able to keep a good conversation! 10/10 reccomend this place to anyone in need of services!

I would not recommend this salon. The prices were great, but the experience was not. When we booked our appointments for my friend's wedding we were promised an amazing bridal experience complete with orange juice and champagne, we received neither. In fact, we weren't even offered a glass of water. They only had two stylists working to get hair and makeup done for 5 girls. The receptionist kept coming into the salon and taking the curling iron that the stylist was using to curl the brides hair. The girl who did our make up asked us to bring pictures of what we wanted, and yet she kept asking us what we thought would look good on us. Isn't that what she was getting paid for? With that said, my hair looked fine (not like what I asked for, but it was okay) and my makeup looked good except the massive drawn on grey eyebrows I was given and promptly washed off. If you dont care about having an enjoyable experience, then its a fine place to go. But if your looking for friendly service, or for a good start to your wedding day, look elsewhere.

Such a beautiful place. I received Classic Eyelash Extensions from Kylie and they are amazing! Lasted a lot longer than I expected too. Alisa helped me with my skincare needs by recommending products that met my concerns and educating me on why those products will help. Thank you ladies! Plus, the reservation specialists greet you and offer you a beverage if you'd like as well as having a little chocolate bowl you can treat yourself to.

Dismal service. Spent over an hour getting a disastrous brow wax and tint by an inexperienced esthetician. No experienced staff at business, so I spent 30 minutes scrubbing my face with baby wipes to try and get the tint off my forehead. After blood spots appeared, with a new front desk a manager running around in a panic looking for product, I had to leave. I was told I “might” get fit in for an appointment to “fix” the mistake 3 days later. I was also told it’s “not so bad” and to just wash my face repeatedly once I got home. Owner promised to call me same afternoon to clear up this disaster. No phone call. Not sure what happened, but I will never return to this business after supporting it for years.

Had a pedicure this week, it was great! The estheician was right on time, no waiting, it was a very relaxing atmosphere, music was great! My pedicure turned out great, I had shalac on my toes, I would recommend that as there is no drying time and no smudged polish from slipping into your shoes. This is the most beautiful salon & spa in Grande Prairie, I would definitely recommend it.

I went to bliss for a teeth whitening treatment and it was fantastic. The girls were super sweet and explained everything very well I had previously had my teeth whitened at my dentist (it was double the cost and half the result) so I was extremely happy with how everything turned out! They even sent me home with a sample sized hand cream for being a first time client! They have a great assortment of beauty and hygiene products amazing for stocking stuffers and are a full service salon and spa a one stop shop! We definitely be coming back for more Seevices! They really provided the best level of hospitality! Great job ladies keep up the good work!

Priced to high for what they do...i got a pedicure and it was a ok.very relaxing... but..my feet werent bad to begin with just a little rough and they were rougher when i left like velcrow....didnt even have a choice for french tips or design.....80$ just to have to go somewhere else and get them done.....NOT recommending to anyone....

I live in downtown Vancouver but travel to Grand Prairie for work and was very disappointed with the lack of availability and experience when it comes to getting a massage in this city. Then I made a call to Bliss and they were able to take me in right away. Usually if its available instantly it would raise red flags for me but the massage I received here was flawless. Perfect pressure and intuition. Managed to complete a full body massage exactly in 90 minutes without a single moment during the session feeling rushed. Music was something out of a medeival pub scene so I couldnt help but feel super chill! The fifth star comes from what all other RMTs fail to do and thats leaving conversation out of the session. Best massage Ive ever had hands down and tied for the most Ive ever tipped.

Would recommend this salon to anyone asking!! The salon is always clean and pleasing to the eye. The prices are one of the most reasonable in town for high quality products for the services provided. Been getting all my services done here, Colour, nails, waxing, massage, facials and pedicures for years an never any complaints, they take pride in their work an create a very welcoming environment to new and old clients. All of the girls are amazing at what they do, you don’t need to stick to just one cause you’ll get the same quality from every single one of them.
