So I went for a massage with Hannah today EssenCiel and woah I think this is the best message I’ve ever gotten. I feel better than I do after a deep tissue and don’t feel as sore and exhausted as a deep tissue massage would have me feeling. Hannah now has a new customer in me. ???????????????????????? Also cannot recommend this place enough. I can’t believe it was my first time going. I’ve been missing out. The place is super clean. Smells great. The boutique is inviting and makes you want to spend money. The room for my massage was STUNNING. Just a really great environment.

This is an amazing spa! I went twice to get a facial and massage combo back in September and in November, and both times I had Jen. She is just astonishing. She has the most calming voice and her fingers are magic. I literally fell asleep during the appointment. Also, my face was glowing when I came out. I cannot recommend this place enough and when we come out of lockdown, I am booking an appointment! Thank you so much!

First of all , this place is nice and the staff are nice. And I still gave an ok tip because I didn't have the guts not to. However the massage therapist was very inexperienced. Too much lotion was used . Never in my life have I asked for more pressure and this time I did. I felt like there was very little technique used, like I could give the same quality massage. She also needed to justify everything and that made me feel like I shouldnt be asking for what I want. The stool she sat on was so noisy and seam to always be in the way. The massage was not equal on both sides. And again way too much lotion. Disappointed is my general feeling.

I really enjoyed my 90 minute relaxing and therapeutic massage here the other day. The massage bed was nice and heated. Lovely room decor with scented oils that you can choose for the massage. The soft music lulled me to a semiconscious state of bliss. The receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions about the services and even the products, which he knew well. I had Ghislaine as my therapist. She was friendly and professional and massaged all the knitted areas I asked for. I also enjoyed the little shop downstairs. I was not expecting such fine products, locally made I think (?) and ended up purchasing this intoxicating scented holistic bath salts. And am planning on buying a second bag for my sister in law. I’d honestly go back just to buy more of those cool products but am limiting myself to 1 per visit ????

I had a facial and a massage with Jennifer and it was amazing! She was so attentive, explained everything to me, took the time for a consultation beforehand, and really got to the root of the problem. I left and I felt amazing! I would highly recommend her and EssenCiel. Everyone was so kind and I really appreciated the extra health and safety measures they are taking during COVID (taking everyone’s temperature upon arrival and neatly disinfecting after each client). In addition, all of their products are completely organic! It is my new go-to place and would definitely recommend!

It was my wife and I first time going to the store and it was very welcoming atmosphere. The staff that works there are fantastic, I dealt more with a gentleman named Pat but they are all great. Told them about the eczema that my son has and they offered sample to try on to see which one works better. Pat helped me a lot with getting a gift for my son's girlfriend and he explained what all the items did and how they worked. These product are not my expertise so Pats help was greatly appreciated. Will definitely go back to this placed and will want to try their massages.
