I haven’t gotten a massage in months and the ladies here did amazing! They were super nice and were very attentive asking how the massage was. (I was getting a deep tissue massage) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area! Since I did get this massage during the pandemic they did wear gloves, masks, and used all the essential equipment to keep me safe as well as their staff (which I greatly appreciated). If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

One of the best massages we have experienced! Lily and Monica are both amazing. My husband and I decided last second we wanted massages, and they fit us in ASAP. It’s nice to be able to walk in without an appointment. Everyone is professional and kind. Hot stones and deep tissue. If you have knots or are stressed - this is the place to come!

Just left Massage Oasis after a friend recommended it. Yikes! it was pretty bad. The masseuse Summer almost immediately started to ask for a good tip and longer time. She got frustrated because I told her not too hard that I had asked for a Swedish massage but said I wanted deep tissue which I never did and never have. I had to stop her several times and redirect her as she was way to rough and massaged only my right leg for like 30 minutes. I told her I was cold and she reluctantly covered me up. I could tell she was upset with me because I kept giving her feedback as to how rough she was and how I really like to use some of my time for my feet. It was so bad I was actually grateful she ended the session early. Really is too bad because I was looking for a good masseuse since I just moved here who I can go to often. Needless to say I won't be back.

On 6/12/2020 while passing through on my way home back to the New Orleans from a visit with family in Kansas City I stopped for a massage at this shop as I was in need of a massage for my lower back, The young lady I had (Lilly) was very good. I aske for hard pressure for my back and medium every where else. She delivered an excellent massage. Constantly making sure I was happy with the pressure. Felt safe as she wore a mask and I as well was required to wear a mask. Ask for Lilly she is outstanding. If I lived in the area she would become my massage therapist of choice. Thank you Lilly I feel great for the rest of my trip home. AJB - Very impressed with the staff.

Walk in welcome. Was seen as soon as I came in. Usually massage therapists are too light but I had to tell her less pressure which was amazing. Will definitely be back. 1 hour massage for $60. You can't beat it!!

Modesty is key for comfort and relaxation during a massage.. If you enjoy being covered during your massage, as apparently the cover sheers are only for the men-this may not be for you. Masseuse was extremely heavy handed and seemed very rushed. After out massages, they asked us to sign the receipt and when I added a $5 tip, she said "only $5 for an hour massage?" I was super embarrassed. I like to tip, but I was pretty uncomfortable for the duration of the massage and was in pain for part of it..ive never been shamed for a tip amount..we will not be back

First time 60min massage here first 30 min spent walking poping stretching back, shoulders, and neck this was good, 15 min wasted changing therapist to massage a differnt way, last 15 min, trying to sell you more time, and dunning for tip.this was bad.

This was the weirdest experience Ive ever had. Obviously there are some language barriers. You may request a 90 min massage but show up and they can only do 60 min. I think because they do allow walk-ins they can't provide quality massages because they have to get to the next customer, kinda like how some of the nail salons are ran in this area. Massages are supposed to be relaxing and it wasn't. I tried this place, would not recommend it and will not be returning.

Tried to reach out to owners regarding service I had in March had wrote a review regarding my therapist leaving my massage room on several occasions ,, just to see a comment from the owner saying they didn’t see anything pertaining to What happened durning my appointment according to cameras. So I’ve decided the owner decided on only what wanted to be seen on my appointment day because I am not a liar left phone number several days ago no return phone call yet so I asked for owners number and she said I have your number and hung up in my face.what kind of business is this !!

Massage oasis is the only place I go to when visiting fort smith. The establishment is incredibly clean and professional. Lily is the best masseuse I’ve had in the world. She’s friendly, has a wonderful technique, and is flexible to your needs. I highly recommend having her walk on your back with a 60+ minute session!

Tried to call, asked ABOUT timing & prices on chair massages, replied, "what time?" ....... Go to business, she says, "we busy" I didn't even get to ask my question. I went ahead , ask if I could schedule an appt. Gave me time, & that was it. "Can u write my name down?". So she did, lol. Wanted for 2 ppl, ok, ok, she says. Go back at my appointment time, she only has 1 person. OK!? Then was for foot massage. That's not what I wanted! Come back at a different time, she says. I just walked out. Reply to owners response....SEE you don't understand either! I am not frustrated with your limited staff, I WASN'T HEARD ON MY REQUEST & WAS put on the SCHEDULE, NEITHER REQUEST WAS RECEIVED. I will say #1. I emailed 1st, no reply, #2. called...hard to understand & reply was not to my question...#3. Drove to business...#4. Came BACK at the scheduled time...#5. Turned away my partner...#6. Tried to put me in the wrong place...#7 come back later. You run your business the way you see fit, but for me, I will not be back!
