Went to get my Christmas nails done from pro nails & spa, unbelievable rude customer service. No one even certified to do the job, Unprofessional they have no idea what they are doing, they have no refund policy, so I been twice to fixing my nails owner random doing arguments with me, I am really pissed. Other employ said may be I have dog that's why it's gone broke or I punched on wall that's why it's broke or may be I fell down that way it's broke they make they are making there own work what me to say yes what they think is true they spoil my Christmas.

Thank you for the wonderful pedicure! my nails look amazing and the paraffin wax treatment at the end was wonderful! We do a staff draw and one staff a month gets to go enjoy a manicure or pedicure. Always a hit!

Highly recommend!!! I've been coming here since they first opened and they always do my nails great. The salon it self is posh and so clean. It is not the grimly usual places I go. It feels elegant and fancy! Color selection is too top notch The nail-techs are friendly and always get my nails done the way I want them. The pedicures are amazing as well ,Best, longest lasting pedicure I've ever had

I went in two weeks ago and had nails put on and ambre look done. Loved the way my nails looked and had a great talk and some laughs with the staff. Unfortunately my nails started lifting so i went back today. They asked me to have a seat and they would be right with me (they were all working with clients). 10 minutes and i was in a chair. They explained that they realized after a couple of girls came back with the same problem that they had been sent the wrong liquid they use for the ambre. My nails were taken off and new nails put on and i went for french this time as they were still waiting for the new liquid. The owner also put a design on my nails which i loved. Didn't charge me and apologized for what happened. Tomorrow i'm going back for a pedi. Nothing but good to say about this place. P.S To ones who put they don't speak English and just laugh and joke in their on language . They carry on great conversations if you take the time to start one !

This little shop is amazing! The staff was fantastic and got us in last minute before they closed, no appointment needed. They were professional, fun and took the time to help achieve the vision I had in my mind. I’m 100% satisfied and extremely happy with my new nails. I would recommend anyone looking to have a fantastic experience come here. Thank you to the staff for having patience with me as I can be indecisive about Shape of my nail, colour, design ect. Not once did they seem annoyed or frustrated with me as I have experienced in other salons. So thank you again for taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and pleased. I love it here! I've been coming for almost 2 years now and I've never once left disappointed. They're very friendly and they make sure that you're happy with their work. I've never had issues with them popping off and I'm not very gentle with them. I've stretched fills over a month before and went back with every single one still attached. No matter what tech I have I know I can trust them to do what I want. As long as I'm in fsj I will be their customer

Waited over an hour even with an appointment..went with my daughter's and my little girl got a Bad pedicure that was overcharged. Finally got in and again was put on side for other customers to be put in front of us! I would not recommend coming to this business.

A full set of nails took 45 minutes and I've had them on for 6 days so far and I've gotten nothing but compliments. There was a gentlemen who did my nails and was very quick. He did a great job. Will be going back.

Went with my daughter and granddaughter. It was absolutely the best pedicure I have ever had. They treated my granddaughter with respect, and accommodated her wishes. I would highly recommend anyone to go there. It was awesome.

Was my first time trying this place. I found it on facebook. I loved that the place is clean, friendly staff. I really really loved my nails when I left the place. I needed a change from my usual place that disappoints me every time but still give them a chance. So glad I found pro nail spa and tried it. This is one of the best nail spas in Fsj ,From the interior, materials that they used, to service, its all impeccable ,Very professional salon ,this place is the best of all the spots I have frequented for pedicures no comparison

Let me start by saying that I struggled to write this review, because not all of the technicians there do a bad job. However the experience I had most recently was completely awful, and my nails will take weeks to recover. I went in for shellac and manicure, and I had a new technician that had never done my nails before. To take off my existing polish she used the buffer/dremel with an insanely aggressive bit, and my nails were PAPER thin when she was done. It’s not the best lighting in there, and while it was uncomfortable during - I had no idea what bit she was using until she was done. I stopped her and pointed out that my nails had been crazy thinned down. At this point the owner(?)/son blamed this on regular shellac use. Basically completely shuffling responsibility onto me. I’ve been getting shellac done for over 8 years, I know that this was not the case - it was absolutely a result of the buffering. They had to apply a sculptor to get the polish to stick and I left paying over $70. Two days later the polish is coming off in sheets, taking my nails with it. My nails will take a long time to strengthen and recover. I would advise anyone to be very careful if they do go here and watch the buffering.

** NEW OWNER ALERT ** Walked in and was helped right away, loved how they took the time did not feel rushed at all. 100% happy with the quality and results of my delux pedicure! All the employees spoke very well English and conversed the whole time. I felt very at home and like I made some new friends! Definitely will be returning for future services
