Pinnacle Chiropractic has provided me with one of the best health care experiences I have had in a very long time. The office is warm and welcoming and the entire staff is personable, educated and very informative. I came to Dr. Liliana with shoulder/neck/lower back pain, all of which she has extinguished while drastically increasing my mobility. I was very skeptical about seeking chiropractic treatments but I will now be making them a regular part of my health & wellness routine. Dr. Liliana is a solid gold, true professional and I couldn’t be happier with her care.

I went to Pinnacle today for the first time. What a great experience. I was very pleased how Pinnacle used technology (emailed me some information to fill out) to make my visit very efficient. First of all, the space is nice. Friendly staff and a relaxing waiting room. I then met my massage therapist Melissa. We had a brief discussion to set expectations for the session which I thought was a great start. Melissa began the massage and after a while suggested we do some cupping and asked if I have ever had it done. I had not, but was open to try. What a great experience. Wow. Melissa did a great job and I left feeling amazing. I will call her Magic Melissa from now on. I highly recommend Pinnacle and Melissa for massage therapy.

She explained in detail on what we're trying to accomplish in the session, she explained the "Why" to her method and approach to certain muscle groups. Highly recommend Cloud! I highly recommend this place.I went in after having pain and tension in my neck/shoulders for some time to get relief so I booked a massage therapy session wit Sara, I have had professional massages before, which were pleasant, but I do feel her skills and abilities surpassed the therapists I have gone to in the past in relieving pain. I have no hesitation to give 5 stars for such exceptional service .The fact that they also have Chiropractic services is also very convenient .

My name is George Madar and this is my personal experience with “Dr” Liliana Niewczas. I had a luxation of the left side sacroiliac joint. I knew this can be treated by a chiropractor, so I looked online and decided to put my health in the hands of this lady. It proved to be a very bad mistake. For some unknown reason she decided to “crack” my right-side sacroiliac joint. This produced an instant and very intense pain and I immediately knew that something went wrong. Since then I am in constant lower back pain, so severe that I wake up every night and cannot find any non-painful position to go back to sleep. Chiropractic can be a useful treatment if applied correctly by competent practitioners. However mistakes can cause negative effects, sometimes quite severe. Based on my experience I recommend to anybody willing to listen to totally avoid “Dr” Liliana Niewszas.
