I started going to physio a month ago due to a broken arm. This is when I first started seeing Matt Godbeer. It’s been a few weeks since I started seeing him & since I started my range of motion is almost back to completely normal. I’m pretty confident I wouldn’t be where I am today without Matt’s help. Matt’s an awesome person & really wants to help the people who see him. Will be sad to see him go. I’m super thankful for choosing this physio clinic & I look forward to every visit! Awesome clinic for any of your ailments. Allie P. is a wonderful physiotheapist - I've worked with her for several issues. She's very knowledgeable and friendly and finds a way to explain what's going on and what to do to fix it. Beverly is an incredible massage therapist. I've never felt more relaxed and pain free then after a treatment with her. She's absolutely magical. The owner Shellene is also an exceptional physiotherapist, accupuncturist and person. She's super caring and always wanting the best for her clients. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic over the past several years I've been a client there. I highly recommend this clinic!

Wonderful staff and they fix you! I went in with a hip injury from running. Brendan quickly taught me that it was actually a range of motion issue and we worked on improving it through a few visits and a detailed list of targeted stretches. I liked to go first think in the morning because chatting with Daisy at the front desk is a great way to start your day!

Pathetic experience... got charged 120 ( initial assessment) for 25 min of physio and then 80 for 10 min( session) ... that’s more than a doctor or lawyer... not what I expected

My Physiotherapist was amazing. But when you are charged for canceling a 6pm appt at 9am. That's not how I want to be treated. I haven't missed or canceled any other appointments. My schedule changed, Sorry if that effects your schedule. But to turn around and charge me. Who doesn't have life happening that can change your daily life. So lost customer here. Be aware of how you may be treated.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but they seem to be over booked. You'll have to wait for you physiotherapist to make their rounds a few times. I know it a common problem in Fort McMurray because your probably dealing with flat rates. The suite doesn't lend its self well for the layout. The first time I went I notice some plaster for wall repair on the wall and I was willing to assume it was recent damage, but when I returned a week later it looked unchanged.

If I could give no starts I would. Well it took them 2 days to get back to me. When they did they said it was their websites error for stating they had a free consultation without prescription. That's fine Tamarack Physical Therapy got back to me right away and my Alberta Heath Care card covers my first appointment which is an hour long assessment, not just 30 min. They are affiliated with AHC so I'm very happy to be going to Tamarack in stead of Clearwater. Thanks but no Thanks. Little to Late Clearwater. Plus if they are not paying attention to detail on their website, the first thing people look up when trying to find a PT, then how much attention to detail will you give me as a client. I don't need to hear, well our PT made an error but you will have to pay for more sessions. Good Luck!

after moving back to the mac years later from sk....currently using these guys as a don joy supplier for my mcl/acl brace...the big guy.need this one for pretty much every thing strain u ous including work everyday .which I explained. i ruined my knee in 2010. this is about the 5th one since then as they need to be re fitted every18 months- couple years....wcb pays in full as its been an approved back to work tool for myself with my type of injury.said it would take a week or 2 at "Stillwater" physio here.well its summer and I'm still immobile after the order was sent out first week of aug... in Regina sk its taken 4-7days maximum every time.but at Clearwater(Stillwater more like it)keep calling but they now screen my number and put me on hold. lol go in there fed up today and some lil kid behind the desk says its still not here....I explained I know this and wanted to see a manager...well those guys r gone before 4pm(bankers hours I spose).so I left a sticky note msg this time with the secretary not just an over the phone sticky note msg for the manger like before, last week ,that didn't get returned...(lol felt this did nothing other than satisfy me knowing 3 clients seen their dis organization 1st hand while I went to the counter for my rant)....well its 3 weeks later,just needed a new brace and I'm still unable to enjoy my summer...I should be using a crutch without this brace...just wanna express my experience to anyone needing professional help with hardcore injuries or need someone really involved...I guess I was spoiled in Regina .small city.most of the clinics and a surgeon I seen while there had clients from the roughriders.etc....also.a review on "Stillwater" webpage here....."my foot feels better now than when i went in"wow wat a success story guys.they ain't even hiding they suck.lol any man does this for his wife every night.have a great evening folks.honest review from an honest man.

I take advantage of the incredible massage therapy they offer, the staff are fantastic at both locations. They are educated, knowledgeable and honestly care about your health.
